Abstract
본 발명은 다중전극형 바이오센서에 관한 것으로, 확률적으로 매우 적은 오차범위의 신뢰도를 가질 수 있도록 한 다중전극형 바이오센서에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 한 샘플내에 존재하는 동일한 물질에 독립적으로 반응하여 각각의 신호를 발생시키는 2개 이상의 활성지시전극과, 배경신호를 보정하기 위한 비활성 지시전극, 그리고 대전극과 기준전극으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중전극형 바이오센서를 제공함으로써 한번의 측정이 동일한 측정물질에 대한 다중신호를 발생시키도록 하여 이 신호들을 회로적으로 처리하여 평균값을 나타내 줌으로써 개개의 센서로 여러번 측정을 수행해야 얻어지는 측정의 정확도를 단 한번의 측정으로 얻을 수 있도록 한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 다중전극형 바이오센서의 평면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 다중전극형 바이오센서의 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 의한 다중전극형 바이오센서와 종래의 바이오센서를 이용하여 각 농도의 에탄올에 대해 각각 측정을 행했을때의 재현성을 비교하여 나타낸 표.
Claims (4)
- 한 샘플내에 존재하는 동일한 물질에 독립적으로 반응하여 각각의 신호를 발생시키는 2개 이상의 활성지시전극과, 배경신호를 보정하기 위한 비활성 지시전극, 그리고 대전극과 기준전극으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중전극형 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이오센서의 출력은 각 지시전극에서 발생되는 신호들의 평균값으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중전극형 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이오센서는 효소, 항원, 항체, 핵산, 분자수용체등의 생체물질을 여러개의 지시전극위에 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 다중전극형 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이오센서는 전기화학적, 광학적, 전위차식, 압전식, 면역화학식 또는 플라즈마 공명식중 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중전극형 바이오센서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
