Abstract

본 밭명은 금속증착용 수지 조성물을 제공하며, (A) 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤공중합체 100중량부; (B) 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 5~15중량부; (C) 폴리에스테르계 중합체 0.1~3중량부; (D) 무수말레인산 변성 폴리프로필렌 0.~0.5중량부; 및 (E)중화제 0.01~0.1중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 수지 조성물은 중착 캐스트 필름의 표면층에 사용되어 필름의 가공성, 금속과의 접착력, 인쇄성, 증착성형성, 라미네이트 적성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 증착필름을 성형할때는 접착제를 사용하지 않으므로 제조공정을 단축하고 제조원가를 절감할 수 일는 장점이 있으며. 젖음지수의 경시변화가 적어 타기재와의 트라이라미네이트, 증착, 인쇄 등의 공정에 큰 문제점이 없이 사용될 수 있고, 더우기 시각적으로도 광택이 미려하여 포장용으로 사용시 제품을 고급스럽게 하는 장식용의 기능을 가진다.

Claims (6)

  1. 하기성분(A), (B), (C), (D) 및 (E)를 함유하며, (A) 성분을 100중량부로 한 (B), (C), (D), (E)의 상대적 함량이 다음과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 금속증착용 필름 수지 조성물. (A) 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤 공중합체 100중량부, (B) 고밀도폴리에틸렌 5~15중량부, (C) 폴리에스테르계 중합체 0.1~3중량부, (D) 무수말레인산 변성 폴리프로필렌 0~5.0중량부 (E) 중화제 0.01~0.1중량부
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (A)성분은 에틸렌 함량이 1~5몰분율 및 프로필렌이 95~99몰분율이고, 융점 140~160℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (B)성분은 멜트인덱스가 5g/10min 이상이고, 밀도가 0.94g/ml 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (C)성분은 융점이 150~200℃, 쇼아디경도가 35~70인 랜덤 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머임을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (D)성분은 무수말레인산이 1~7몰분율의 비율로 그라프트 중합된 무수말레인산 변성 폴리프로필렌임을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중화제는 하이드로탈싸이트임을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
