Abstract

본 발명은 고농도의 불소 및 중금속이 함유된 폐산으로부터 불소와 중금속을 보다 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 불소 및 중금속 제거 방법은 중금속 및 불소가 함유된 폐산에 Ca(OH)2를 투입하여, pH를 10~12로 조절하여 중금속 및 불소를 1차 제거하는 단계; 그후 고액분리한 다음 1차 제거처리후 분리된 폐산의 pH를 7~8로 조절한 다음 수용성 회토 화합물을 투입하여 불소를 제거함과 동시에 중금속을 흡착제거하는 단계; 및 고액분리하여 처리된 폐산을 배출하는 단계;로 구성됨을 그 요지로 하며, 본 발명의 방법으로 고농도 불소 및 중금속 함유 폐산을 처리하는 경우 폐산중 잔류 불소함량이 3ppm 이하가 되도록 제거할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 중금속 및 불소가 함유된 폐산에 Ca(OH)2를 투입하여, pH를 10~12로 조절함으로써 중금속 및 불소를 1차 제거하는 단계; 그후 고액분리한 다음 1차 제거처리후 분리된 폐산의 pH를 7~8로 조절한 다음 수용성 회토 화합물을 투입하여 불소를 제거함과 동시에 중금속을 흡착제거하는 단계; 및 고액분리하여 처리된 폐산을 배출하는 단계;로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고농도 불소 및 중금속 함유 폐산처리방법.
