Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 공조시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 히터(heater) 및 에어컨의 이베퍼레이터(evaporator) 그리고 블로워팬(blowerfan)이 일체형으로 구성되도록 한 공조시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 에어컨공조유닛케이스내에 블로워팬과 이베퍼레이터코어 그리고 히터코어등을 상호 인접하도록 일체형으로 설치하므로서 각각의 장치가 차지하는 설치공간이 작고, 구조가 간단하여 제품재조가 간편하며 공기가 블로워팬으로 부터 이베퍼레이터코어 또는 히터코어로 인가되는 거리가 짧아져 공기의 공급이 신속하게 이루어지므로 냉,난방 효과가 크게 향상되게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 디프로스터와 벤틸레이터 그리고 풋(foot)부로 에어가 공급되도록 하는 각각의 덕트유입구가 구비되고 일측부에 블로워팬부가 장착되며 상기 블로워팬부를 중심으로 이베퍼레이터코어와 히터코어가 인접위치에 착 설되어지도록 하는 카에어컨 공조유닛케이스와, 상기 카에어컨 공조유닛케이스에 장착된 블로워팬부의 주변근 접부에 위치하여 이베퍼레이터코어와 히터코어에 공기가 교대로 공급되도록 하는 댐퍼와, 상기 블로워팬부로 부터 공급되는 공기가 이베퍼레이터코어와 히터코어를 통과하지 않고 각각의 덕트로 공급되도록 하는 바이패스부와, 상기 바이패스부를 중심으로 일측부에는 이베퍼레이터코어가 장착되고 다른 일측부에는 히터코어가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 공조시스템.
