Abstract

본 발명은 로우터 본체 및 그에 결합된 뚜껑을 포함하는 원심 분리기에 관한 것이다. 방사상 외면을 갖는 스커트는 뚜껑의 방사상 외주면 하부에 달려있다. 방사상 외면을 갖는 스커트는 뚜껑이 방사상 외주변 하부에 달려있다. 윤곽이 있는 컷아웃이 스커트의 적어도 방사상 외면에서 형성된다. 스커트의 방사상으로 외향하는 뚜껑의 하면이 그곳에서 형성된 일반적으로 윤곽이 있는 컷아웃을 갖는다. 절결부의 윤곽은 서로 합쳐져서 뚜껑의 주변부 아래에서 승강 기구를 받아들이는 평탄하게 만곡된 오목형 언더컷 영역을 한정하도곡 협력하고, 이것에 의해 로우터의 승강이 용이해진다.

Claims (11)

  1. 원심 분리기 로우터에 있어서, 관통 연장되는 회전 축을 가지며, 상부에는 직립 림을 구비한 방사상 외주변부를 갖고 상기 직립 림의 상부는 소정 각으로 회전 축을 향하여 내향 경사지게 되어 있는 로우터 본체와, 하변을 갖는 로우터 뚜껑을 포함하며, 상기 뚜껑은, 뚜껑의 하면으로부터 현수되어 있는 방사상 외면을 갖는 스커트를 가지며, 상기 스커트의 방사상 외면에는, 로우터의 외부로부터 접근 가능한 절결부 윤곽이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원심 분리기 로우터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 뚜껑의 하면의 일부가 스커트의 방사상 외향으로 배치되며, 상기 스커트의 방사상 외향하는 뚜껑의 하면은 편평면인 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 편평면 상에 깔쭉이를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 뚜껑 하면에는 방사상 외부 에지를 갖고 , 상기 뚜껑은 또 뚜껑의 하면의 방사 외부에지에 배치된 립도 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 관통 연장되는 축을 갖는 중심 개구를 갖고, 스커트의 방사상 외향인 뚜껑인 편평면이 상기 축에 대하여, 90°보다 작은 소정 경사각으로 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 경사각이 40° 내지 85°범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 경사진 편평면 상에 깔쭉이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 스커트의 방사상 외향인 뚜껑의 하면에 절결부 윤곽을 갖고, 상기 뚜껑의 하면의 절결부 윤곽은 스커트 절결부 윤곽과 협동하여 오목형 언더컷 영역을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 뚜껑의 하면의 절결부 윤곽 상에 깔쭉이가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑은 방사상 외부 에지를 가지며, 상기 뚜껑의 방사상 외부 에지가 로우터 본체의 직립 림부와 방사상으로 동등하게 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑은 방사상 외부 에지를 가지며, 상기 뚜껑의 방사상 외부 에지가 로우터 본체의 직립 림부의 방사상으로 내측으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터.
