Abstract

본 발명은 티아조리딘 2,4-디카르복실산 아르기닌염(아르기닌티디아시케이트)를 함유한 액제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 아르기닌티디아시케이트는 간기능 부전, 중독성 간장해, 초기 간경변 등에 사용되는 간장질환 전문치료제로 종래에는 연질캅셀제로만 제조되었으며, 액제 제형은 안정성 등의 문제로 제조되지 않았다.
본 발명은 아르기닌티디아시케이트 수용액에 pH 조절제를 가하여 pH를 2∼4로 조절하고, 감미도를 조절하기 위해 당알콜을 사용하였으며 추가로 스테비오사이드를 가할 수 있으며, 베타사이크로덱스트린, 올리고당 및 글리세린 등에서 선택된 보조제를 가하여 수용액 상태에서 안정성을 확보함으로써 아르기닌티디아시케이트 액제의 제조를 가능케 하였다.
본 발명의 액제는 복용이 간편하며 신속한 약효가 나타날 뿐만 아니라 제조공정이 간단하여 생산 효율이 높은 매우 유용한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 티아졸리딘 2,4-디카르복실산 아르기닌염 (아르기닌티디아시케이트)을 주성분으로 하며, 당알콜류에 속하는 감미재 5~50W/V% 및 약학적으로 허용되는 pH 조절제를 함유하여 pH가 2~4임을 특징으로 하는 아르기닌티디아시케이트 액체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, pH 조절제로 무독성의 염산, 수산화나트륨, 구연산, 사과산, 주석산 및 각종 인산염등을 1종 또는 2종 이상을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 아르기닌티디아시케이트 액제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스테비오사이드 또는 올리고당 등의 감미제, 용해보조제, 항산화제, 방부제, 안정화제, 조미제, 방향제 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 보조제가 첨가될 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 아르기닌티디아시케이트 액제.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 당알콜류에 속하는 감미제가 솔비톨, 말티톨, 자일리콜, 만니톨, 에리쓰리톨중의 1종 또는 2종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 아르기닌티디아시케이트 액제의 제조방법.
  5. 티아졸리딘 2, 4-디카르복실산 아르기닌염 (아르기닌티디아시케이트)을 정제수에 용해하고, 여기에 약학적으로 허용되는 pH 조절제 및 당알콜류에 속하는 감미제와 용해보조제, 항산화제, 안정화제, 조미제, 방향제및 방부제 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 보조제를 첨가하여 pH가 2~4로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 아르기닌티디아시케이트 액제의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 당알콜류에 속하는 감미제가 솔비톨, 말티톨, 자일리톨, 만니톨, 에리쓰리톨 중의 1종 또는 2종 이상으로서 5~50W/V%인 아르기닌티디아시케이트 액체의 제조방법.
