악세사리 주재료 표면에 직접적인 조각을 하거나, 파라핀을 초형제품으로 하여 악세사리 성형용 석고금형을 제작하여 악세사리를 제조하던 방법상의 문제점. 즉 정밀도 및 양산성이 떨어지는문제점을 해결코져 하는 것임.

정밀세공코져 하는 악세사리 대상물의 파라핀 작업전에 패(貝)를 사용하여 1차적으로 악세사리상에 부가되는 디자인을 패각한 후 이를 기초로 한 1차 초형(2) 제작후 초형(2)내에 파라핀을 투입경화시켜 금형 제작용 파라핀제품(7)을 완성한 후 공지의 악세사리 금형제조공정을 거쳐 정밀악세사리를 제조토록 한 것이다.

  1. 정밀 세공 악세사리 제조방법에 있어서; 정밀세공코져 하는 악세사리 대상물의 파라핀 작업전에 패(貝:1)를 사용하여 1차적으로 악세사리상에 부가되는 디자인을 패각(貝刻)한 후 이를 기초로한 1차 초형(2) 제작후 초형(2)내에 파라핀을 투입경화시켜 금형 제작용 파라핀 제품(7)을 완성한 후 공지의 악세사리 금형제조공정을 거쳐 정밀악세사리를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀세공 악세사리의 제조방법.
