Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a favorable clearance by a method wherein a first process for making a first tubular body, a second process for setting a gap through a film on the peripheral wall of the first tubular body, a third process for pouring resin in the gap and hardening the resin and a fourth process for removing the film by dissolving are provided. CONSTITUTION:In a first process, a first tubular body 20 is made so as to have a shape, in which the linear ratio of the distance between wall surfaces to the maximum radial dimension of the portion having the largest radial dimension of the peripheral wall is set to be nearly 1:1. In a second process, a soluble film 21 is installed onto the peripheral wall of the first tubular body 20 so as to be installed and held in the predetermined mold in order to set a resin pouring gap through the film 21 on the peripheral wall of the first tubular body 20. Further, in a third process, resin is poured in the gap and hardened. In a fourth process, the film 11 is removed by dissolving. By molding a second tubular body 22 as mentioned above, favorable clearances can be obtained axially and radially between the first tubular body 20 and the second tubular body 22.
