Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the process of work for magnetic wedge installation by a method wherein a magnetic wedge inserting space is formed at the time of formation of a secondary wiring circuit using a slot bar and an end ring, and a magnetic wedge is molded and installed at a direct rotor using an injection molding method and the like. CONSTITUTION:A solid core 1 is inserted and installed in die casting molds 9 and 10, and a secondary wiring circuit consisting of the slot bar 6 and the end ring 7 is formed. At this time, a convexed section 12 whereon a magnetic wedge inserting section will be formed is provided on the surface 11 corresponding to the slot side of the core 1. The rotor core, with which the secondary wiring circuit was formed as above, is inserted and installed in the magnetic wedge molding mold, and a magnetic wedge 4 is inserted. Through these procedures, the process of work for magnetic wedge installation can be greatly reduced.
