본 발명은 정밀한 압력제어를 하거나 조리온도를 억제하거나 할 필요없이 장기간 보존할 수 있는 포장식품을 간단하고 저렴한 설비에 의해 제조하는 것이 가능한 포장식품의제조방법 및 포장식품 제조장치에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명은 생쌀, 63g과, 물 82cc와, 공기 50~70cc를 포장봉지(A)에 넣어서 밀봉하고, 이 포장봉지(A)를 철망으로 이루어진 규제프레임체(24)에 1봉지씩 수용하고 있다. 그리고, 포장봉지(A)를 수용한 다수의 규제프레임체(24)를 포장식품 제조장치(21)의 통체(22) 내부에 통심방향으로 포개어서 수용하며, 이 포장식품 제조장치(21)를 물과 한께 압력솥에 넣고, 포장봉지(A)의 용적을 규제프레임체(24)의 용적 이하로 규제하면서 포장봉지(A) 내의 생쌀을 가열살균 및 가열조리하여 장기간 보존할 수 있는 쌀밥을 얻는 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a packaged food and an apparatus for producing a packaged food, which can produce a packaged food that can be stored by a simple and inexpensive facility for long-term storage without the need for precise pressure control or suppressing the cooking temperature.
