Abstract

본 발명은 냉기 강제통풍방식을 이용함으로써 김치저장실의 냉각효율을 향상시키고 김치의 산패 및 결빙현상을 방지할 수 있으며, 김치의 숙성기능을 구비하여 김치의 발효시점을 앞당길 수 있도록 함으로써 보다 빨리 익은 김치의 맛을 볼수 있는 김치 저장고를 제공하는데 있다.
그 구성은 하부에 냉동기기실912)을 구비하고 단열재(13)로 보호되는 김치저장실(14)을 구비하는 본체(11)와, 상기 김치저장실 하부와 양측가장자리를 따라 형성한 공기통로(16)와, 상기 김치저장실 하부의 공기통로에 설치되는 것으로 저장된 김치의 저온보관 및 숙성을 위해 냉기 및 온기를 제공하는 증발기(19) 및 히터(20)와, 상기 공기통로에 설치되어 증발기 또는 히터에 의해 발생된 냉기 또는 온기를 공기통로로 순환시키기 위한 송풍기(21)와, 저온보관기능 또는 숙성기능에 따라 상기 증발기 또는 히터를 선택적으로 구동시키기 위한 온도 조절부(30)로 이루어진 것이다.

  1. 하부에 냉동기기실을 구비하고 단열재로 보호되는 김치 저장실을 구비한 본체와, 상기 김치저장실을 개폐하기 위한 도어와, 상기 김치저장실 하부와 양측가장자리를 따라 형성한 공기 통로와, 상기 김치저장실 하부의 공기통로에 설치되는 것으로 저장된 김치의 저온보관을 위해 냉기를 제공하는 증발기와, 상기 김치저장실 하부의 공기통로에 설치되는 것으로 저장된 김치의 숙성을 위해 온기를 제공하는 히터와, 상기 공기통로에 설치되어 증발기 또는 히터에 의해 발생된 냉기 또는 온기를 공기통로로 순환시키기 위한 송풍기와, 저온보관기능 또는 숙성기능에 따라 상기 증발기 또는 히터를 선택적으로 구동시키기 위한 온도조절부를 포함하여 되는 김치저장고.
