Abstract

본 발명은 냉동실 및 냉장실에 각각 설치된 증발기의 제상운전을 제어하는 냉장고의 제상장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로써, 냉장실 및 냉동실로 구성된 저장실과, 냉매를 고온고압으로 압축하는 압축기와, 상기 저장실에 각각 설치되어 상기 저장실내의 공기를 냉기로 열교환시키는 증발기와, 상기 증발기에 의해 열교환된 냉기를 상기 저장실에 공급하도록 상기 증발기에 근접하여 각각 배치된 팬과, 상기 증발기에 착상된 성에를 제거하도록 상기 저장실에 각각 설치된 히터와, 상기 저장실의 고내온도를 감지하는 온도감지수단과, 상기 저장실의 급속냉동 및 급속냉장운전을 선택하는 온도조절수단과, 상기 압축기 및 팬의 구동시간에 따라 상기 증발기의 제상시기를 결정함과 동시에 상기 저장실의 고내온도변화율을 산출하여 제상조건을 판단하는 제어수단과, 상기 히터의 구동시에 변화하는 증발기의 배관온도를 감지하는 배관온도감지수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (18)

  1. 냉장실 및 냉동실로 구성된 저장실과, 냉매를 고온고압으로 압축하는 압축기와, 상기 저장실에 각각 설치되어 상기 저장실내의 공기를 냉기로 열교환시키는 증발기와, 상기 증발기에 의해 열교환된 냉기를 상기 저장실에 공급하도록 상기 증발기에 근접하여 배치된 팬과, 상기 증발기에 착상된 성에를 제거하도록 상기 저장실에 각각 설치된 히터와, 상기 저장실의 고내온도를 감지하는 온도감지수단과, 상기 저장실의 급속냉동 및 급속 냉장운전을 선택하는 온도조절수단과, 상기 압축기 및 팬의 구동시간에 따라 증발기의 제상시기를 결정함과 동시에 상기 저장실의 고내온도변화율을 산출하여 제상조건을 판단하는 제어수단과, 상기 히터의 구동시에 변화하는 증발기의 배관온도를 감지하는 배관온도감지수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증발기는 상기 냉동실에 장착된 냉동실용증발기와, 상기 냉장실에 장착된 냉장실용 증발기로 구성되며, 상기 냉동실용 및 냉장실용증발기는 직렬로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 냉동시의 제상조건시에 상기 냉장실이 일정시간내에 제상될 조건이면, 상기 냉동실의 제상운전을 연기하여 상기 냉장실 및 냉동실의 제상운전을 동시에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 냉장실의 제상조건시에 상기 냉동실이 일정시간내에 제상될 조건이면, 상기 냉동실의 제상시기를 단축하여 상기 냉장실 및 냉동실의 제상운전을 동시에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 냉장실이 제상조건이라고 판단되면, 상기 냉동실의 제상조건여부에 관계없이 상기 냉장실 및 냉동실의 제상운전을 동시에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 냉장실이 제상조건이라고 판단되면, 상기 냉동실의 제상조건여부에 관계없이 상기 냉장실 및 냉동실의 제상운전을 동시에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상장치.
  7. 냉동실의 고내온도를 기준으로 압축기를 구동시킴과 동시에 냉장실 및 냉동실의 변화하는 고내온도에 따라 팬을 구동제어하여 냉각운전을 수행하는 정상운전스텝과, 상기 정상운전스텝에서의 냉각운전시에 변화하는 고내온도를 감지하는 고내온도감지스텝과, 상기 고내온도감지스텝에서 감지된 고내온도에 따라 상기 냉장실 및 냉동실의 이상온도발생여부를 판별하는 이상온도판별스텝과, 상기 이상온도판별스텝에서 고내온도가 이상온도라고 판별되면 상기 압축기 및 팬을 구동시켜 고내를 냉각시키는 이상냉각운전스텝과, 상기 이상냉각운전스텝에서 상기 압축기 및 팬의 구동시에 변화하는 고내온도를 감지하는 냉각온도감지스텝과, 상기 냉각온도감지스텝에서 감지된 고내온도가 소정온도이사이면 상기 압축기 및 팬의 구동시간에 따라 증발기의 제상시기를 결정하는 제상시기결정스텝과, 상기 제상시기결정스텝에서 결정된 증발기의 제상시기에 따라 상기 증발기에 착상된 성에를 제거하도록 제상운전을 수행하는 제상운전스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  8. 압축기 및 팬의 구동시간을 산출하는 구동시간산출스텝과, 상기 구동시간산출스텝에서 산출된 상기 압축기 및 팬의 구동시간에 따라 증발기의 제상조건을 판별하는 제상판별스텝과, 상기 제어판별스텝에서 판별된증발기의 제상조건에 따라 상기 증발기에 착상된 성에를 제거하도록 제상운전을 수행하는 제상운전스텝과, 상기 제상운전스텝에서의 제상운전시에 변화하는 상기 증발기의 배관온도를 감지하여 상기 증발기에 착상된 성에가 제거되었는지를 판별하는 제상완료판별스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  9. 냉장실팬의 구동시에 변화하는 냉장고의 운전모드에 따라 냉장실팬의 구동시간을 산출하는 제1구동시간산출스텝과, 상기 제1구동시간산출스텝에서 산출된 냉장실팬의 구동시간에 따라 냉장실의 제상조건을 판별하는 냉장실제상판별스텝과, 냉동실의 고내온도에 의한 냉동실팬의 구동시에 상기 냉동실팬의 구동시간을 산출하는 제2구동시간산출스텝과, 상기 제2구동시간산출스텝에서 산출된 상기 냉동실팬의 구동시간에 따라 상기 냉동실의 제상조건을 판별하는 냉동실제상판별스텝과, 상기 냉장실제상판별스텝에서 냉장실이 제상조건이라고 판별되면, 상기 냉동실 및 냉장실의 제상운전을 동시에 수행하는 동시제상운전스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  10. 급속냉장운전시에 냉장실의 고내초기온도(To)를 감지하는 초기온도감지스텝과, 압축기 및 냉장실팬을 구동시켜 상기 냉장실의 급속냉장운전을 수행하는 급속냉장운전스텝과, 상기 냉장실팬의 구동시간(Cr)을 카운터하여 샘플링시간(△t)마다 변화하는 고내온도(Tr)를 감지하는 온도감지스텝과, 상기 온도감지스텝에서 감지된 고내온도(Tr) 및 상기 초기온도감지스텝에서 감지된 고내초기온도(To)에 따라 고내온도변화율에 해당하는 온도강하기울기(Ta)를 산출하는 온도변화율산출스텝과, 상기 온도변화율산출스텝에서 산출된 고내온도변화율에 따라 상기 냉장실의 제상시기를 결정하는 제상시기결정스텝과, 상기 제상시기결정스텝에서 결정된 제상시기에 따라 상기 냉장실의 제상운전을 수행하는 제상운전스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고내온도감지스텝에서 감지된 상기 냉장실의 고내온도(Tr)가 소정온도(Ts)이상이면, 상기 냉동실의 고내온도(Tf)에 관계없이 상기 압축기 및 냉장실팬을 구동시켜 상기 냉장실을 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 이상냉각운전스텝은 상기 압축기 및 팬의 연속구동시에 변화하는 고내온도(Tr)가 소정온도(Ts)이상이면, 상기 증발기에 성에가 착상되었다고 판단하여 제상운전을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제상판별스텝은 사이 압축기 및 냉동실팬의 구동시간에 따라 냉동실의 제상조건을 판별하고, 상기 냉동실의 제상조건시에 냉장실팬의 구동시간에 따라 냉장실의 제상조건을 판별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제상운전스텝은 상기 압축기 및 팬의 구동시간이 제어수단에 기설정된 소정시간(C1,C2)을 경과하면, 상기 냉장실 및 냉동실의 제상운전을 동시에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제상운전스텝은 상기 압추기 및 팬의 구동시간이 제어수단에 기설정된 소정시간(C1,C2)이내이면, 냉장실팬 및 냉동실팬의 구동시간에 따라 상기 냉장실 및 냉장실의 제상운전을 별도로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 동시제상운전스텝은 상기 냉동실제상판별스텝에서 냉동실이 제상조건이라고 판별되면, 상기 냉장실의 제상조건여부에 관계없이 상기 냉동실 및 냉장실을 동시에 제상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 온도변화율산출스텝은 상기 온도감지스텝에서 감지된 고내온도(Tr) 및 상기 초기온도감지스텝에서 감지된 고내초기온도(To)차의 절대값을 샘플링경과시간으로 나누어 온도강하기울기(Ta)를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제상시기결정스텝은 상기 온도변화율산출스텝에서 산출된 온도강하기울기(Ta)가 제어수단에 기설정된 기준기울기(Tas)이하인 경우에는 상기 냉장실에 성에가 착상되었다고 판단하여 제상시기를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 제상제어방법.
