Abstract
본 발명은 트리포드(Tripod)식 등속조인트에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 외륜내측에 형성되는 축방향으로 3개의 트랙이 형성되고, 상기 트랙에 삽입되며 선단에 구면로울러를 갖춘3개의 이축(Trunion)을 갖는 구동축을 구비하여 구동축의 회전시 사익 구면로울러가 트랙내를 이동하며 각 변화를 보상함과 동시에 동력을 전달하는 트리포드식 등속조인트에 관한 것으로서, 외륜(10) 내측에 안내면(22)을 갖는 축방향으로 3개의 트랙(20)이 형성되고, 상기 외륜(10)상에 소정의 조인트각을 갖으며 삽입되는 구동축(30)에 결합되는 스파이더(40)의 외주에는 선단에 상기 트랙(20)에 삽입되어안내면(22)과 구름 및 슬라이딩하는 구면로울러(34)가 니이들로울러(24)에 의해 회전가능하게 제공된 3개의 이축(32)이 구성되어 있는 트리포드식 등속조인트에 있어서, 상기 각각의 이축(32)은 스파이더(40)로부터 분리구성하고, 그 분리부가 상기 스파이더(40)에 회전가능하게 결합 구성함을 특징으로하여 특히 차량의 급발진시나 출력이 놓은 차량에 효과적으로 실시될 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 외륜(10) 내측에 안내면(22)을 갖는 축방향으로 3개의 트랙(20)이 형성되고, 상기 외륜(10)상에 소정의 조인트각을 갖으며 삽입되는 구동축(30)에 결합되는 스파이더(40)의 외주에는 선단에 상기 트랙(20)에 삽입되어 안내면(22)과 구름 및 슬라이딩하는 구면로울러(34)가 니이들로울러(24)에 의해 회전가능하게 제공된 3개의 이축(32)이 구성되어 있는 트리포드식 등속조인트에 있어서, 상기 각각의 이축(32)은 스파이더(40)로부터 분리구성하고, 그 분리부가 상기 스파이더(40)에 회전가능하게 결합 구성함을 특징으로 하는 트리포드식 등속 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이축(2)의 하단은 구동축(30)상에 형성된 요홈(36)내로 연장되어 유동가능토록 삽입 구성함을 특징으로 하는 트리포드식 등속 조인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
