Claims (4)
- 세 개의 트러니언(11)이 돌출 형성되는 스파이더(10)와;상기 트러니언(11)의 외주면에 구비되는 대략 링형상의 이너 롤러(20)와;상기 이너 롤러(20)의 외주면에 구비되는 대략 링형상의 니들 베어링(40)과;상기 니들 베어링(40)의 이탈 방지를 위해 상측 및 하측에 형성된 플랜지(31)를 포함하며 상기 니들 베어링(40)의 외주면에 구비되는 아우터 롤러(30)로; 구비되어 이루어지는 트라이포드 등속 조인트(1)에 있어서,상기 트러니언(11)의 외주 형상을 상·하단 반경(R2), 중앙부 반경(R3) 및 상기 이너 롤러(20)의 내주 반경(R1)을 서로 다르게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 트라이포드 등속 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트러니언(11)의 외주면은 상기 이너 롤러(20)의 내주면과 선접촉을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 트라이포드 등속 조인트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내주 반경(R1)과 상·하단 반경(R2)의 비율은 1.8 : 1.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 트라이포드 등속 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내주 반경(R1), 상·하단 반경(R2) 및 중앙부 반경(R3)의 크기는 바람직하게 중앙부 반경(R3) > 내주 반경(R1) > 상·하단 반경(R2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 트라이포드 등속 조인트.
