Abstract

본 발명은 세탁물의 투입을 감지하여 자동으로 덮개를 개폐하도록 하는 세탁기의 덮개 자동개폐장치 및 제어회로에 관한 것으로, 마이콤(151)은 변환회로(152)와 감지스위치(141, 142, 143)로 부터 입력된 신호를 분석하여 모터제어회로(153)에 신호를 인가하게 되고, 마이콤(151)에서 입력된 신호에 따라 모터(120)의 작동방향과 속도를 제어한다. 한편, 개폐덮개(110)을 여는 경우 개폐덮개(110)의 후단부가 하한걸림판(114) 근처에 도달한 순간 하한 근접스위치(143)에서 신호가 발생되어 마이콤(151)에 입력된다. 이매, 서서히 모터(120)를 동작시킨다. 이동중 개폐덮개(110)의 후단부가 하한걸림판(114)에 도달한 순간 하한걸림판(114)이 개폐덮개(117)의 더 이상의 이동을 막게되고, 또한 하한감지스위치(142)에서 신호가 발생되어 마이콤(151)에 입력된다. 이로부터 개폐 덮개(110)의 후단부가 하한걸림판(114)에 도달함을 감지한 마이콤(151)은 모터제어회로(153)를 콘트롤하여 모터(127)를 정지시킨다.

Claims (8)

  1. 세탁기본체 좌,우에 일정곡률의 가이드홈을 형성하고, 상기 가이드홈의 곡률과 동일하게 형성되어 세탁물 투입구를 개폐하는 개폐덮개와; 상기 개폐덮개를 구동시키는 모터를 설치한 구동부와; 세탁물의 유무를 감지하는 세탁물감지부와; 덮개의 위치를 감지하는 덮개감지부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 덮개 자동개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐덮개는 내측면에 구동방향으로 연질밴드를 부착하고, 상기 구동부는 모터와 결합된 샤프트에 연질밴드와 밀착되는 롤러를 부착하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 덮개 자동개폐장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐덮개는 가이드홈의 양단에 상부걸림판과 하부걸림판을 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 덮개 자동개폐장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세탁물감지부는 세탁기본체 상면에 송신기와 수신기를 설치하되, 상기 송신기와 수신기가 세탁조의 원심에서 직선상으로 교차되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 덮개 자동개폐장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세탁물감지부는 세탁조의 원심방향으로 인체적외선 센서를 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 덮개 자동개폐장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 상기 덮개감지부는 상기 가이드홈의 양단에 상한감지스위치와 하한감지스위치를 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 멀개 자동개폐장치.
  7. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 덮개감지부는 하한감지스위치 상부근접위치에 근접감지스위치를 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 덮개 자동개폐장치.
  8. 세탁기 상면에 세탁물의 존재유무를 감지하는 세탁물 감지부와; 상기 세탁물감지부로부터 신호를 입력받아 개폐덮개를 콘트롤 하는 마이콤과; 개폐덮개의 위치를 감지하여 상기 마이콤에 인가하는 덮개감지부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 덮개 자동개폐 제어회로.
