Abstract

본 발명은 세탁기덮개의 개폐 감지장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 접점 기계식 안전스위치(3)을 사용함으로써 오동작이 발생되고, 수명이 단축되는 등의 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 발광부(14) 및 수광부(15)로 구성되는 광센서(16)와, 상기 발광부(14)의 빛을 수광부(15)로 반사시키는 광반사판(17)으로 구성되는 무접점식 스위치를 이용하여 기존의 안전스위치(3)로는 세탁조(7)의 불균형 회전만 감지하고, 그 스위치를 반영구적으로 사용하는 등의 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 세탁기 본체(11)의 상면판(12) 및 덮개(13)에 덮개(13)의 개폐를 감지하기 위한 무접점식 덮개 개폐 감지수단을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 세탁기덮개의 개폐 감지장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무접점식 덮개 개폐 감지수단은 발광부(14) 및 수광부(15)로 구성되는 광센서(16)와, 상기 발광부(14)의 빛을 수광부(15)로 반사시키는 광반사판(17)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기덮개의 개폐 감지장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광센서(16)는 본체(11)의 상면판(12)에 설치되고, 상기 광반사판(17)은 광센서(16)에 대응되는 덮개(13)의 하면 일정부위에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기덮개의 개폐 감지장치.
