본 발명 부직포는 종방향과 횡방향 인장강도가 잘 균형잡히고 신도가 우수한 부직포로서 종방향과 횡방향 인장강도비가 0.5~1.5이고, 횡방향 신도가 적어도 60%이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 종방향과 횡방향 인장강도의 비가 0.5∼1.5이고, 횡방향 신도가 적어도 60%인 폴리올레핀으로 스펀본드법에 의해 제조된 것이 특징인 부직포.
  2. 필라멘트를 500~2000m/min의 인취속도로 방사한 후 100~500의 연신비로 필라멘트를 연신하는 단계와, 상기 연신된 필라멘트를 사용하여 상기 부직포의 천을 형성하는 단계로 된 것이 특징인 부직포 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트를 1000~1500m/min의 인취속도로 방사후 100∼400의 연신비로 연신하는 것이 특징인 부직포 제조방법.
  4. 종방향과 횡방향 인장강도의 비가 0.5~1.5이고, 횡방향 신도가 적어도 60%인 제2항의 방법에 의해 제조된 부직포.
  5. 종방향과 횡방향 인장강도의 비가 0.5~1.5이고, 횡방향 신도가 적어도 400%인 제2항의 방법에 의해 제조된 부직포.
  6. 제1, 4 또는 5항의 부직포를 사용한 농업용 쉬트.
  7. 제1, 4 또는 5항의 부직포를 사용한 포장재료.
  8. 제1, 4 또는 5항의 부직포를 사용한 산업용 재료.
  9. 제1, 4 또는 5항의 부직포를 사용한 의료/위생재료.
