Abstract

본 발명은 강력이 우수한 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 연신공정을 통하여 배열되고 결정화되는 고분자의 미세구조가 보다 높은 강력을 가질 수 있도록 숙성 및 온도조건을 조절하여 고강력 폴리에스테르 섬유를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 용융방사장치를 통하여 방사된 폴리머를 냉각시키면서 1,000-1,300m/분의 속도로 감아준 다음 하기 식(I)의 온도조건에서 1일 이상 1차 숙성시킨 후, 이를 하기 식(II)의 온도조건에서 목표로 하는 총연신비율의 50∼70%를 연신한 뒤, 식(I)의 온도에서 다시 12시간 이상 2차 숙성시키고, 하기 식(III)의 온도조건에서 총연신비율의 나머지 50~30%를 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강력 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
