Abstract

본 발명은 파이 이송장치에 관한 것으로서, 서로 다른 속도로 구동되는 다수의 컨베이어 벨트를 일렬로 순차 배치하는 한편, 각각의 컨베이어 벨트에는 자체적으로 벨트의 편중현상을 조절할 수 있는 위치보정수단과 파이의 진행방향을 유도할 수 있는 안내수단이 구비되게 함으로써, 베이킹 공정을 완료한 파이가 포장공정으로 이송되는 과정에서 상기 다단식 컨베이어 벨트를 차례로 거치면서 각 컨베이어 벨트가 갖는 속도차에 의해 길이방향으로 유도되게 하는 동시에 상기 위치보정 수단과 안내수단에 의해 그때의 진행방향이 지속적으로 유지되게 한 파이 이송장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 컨베이어 벨트(10)를 이용한 파이 이송장치에 있어서, 상기 컨베이어 벨트(10)를 적어도 3대 이상의 개별단위로 분할 구성하고, 각각의 컨베이어 벨트(10)를 일렬로 연속 배치하는 동시에 각 구동속도를 차별화하여 파이의 진행방향이 유지되면서 진행속도가 가변되게 하며, 상기 컨베이어 벨트(10)에는 벨트의 좌우 편구동을 제어할 수 있는 위치 보정 수단과 파이의 진행방향을 안내할 수 있는 안내수단을 갖추게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 파이 이송장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치 보정 수단은 벨트의 편중된 위치를 검지하는 센서와, 이 센서로부터의 신호를 받아 전후진 되면서 컨베이어 벨트(10)의 피동축(11)과 연동되는 양측2개의 실린더(12)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이 이송장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단은 컨베이어 벨트(10)의 양측면부에 고정 지지되는 동시에 벨트 윗쪽에서 폭방향으로 가로질러 설치되는 판지지대(13)와, 이 판지지대(13)의 저부에 위치되는 동시에 고정레버(14)의 조작에 따라 자유로운 설치자세를 취하면서 파이의 징행방향을 유도하게 되는 다수의 띠편형 안내판(15)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이 이송장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 컨베이어 벨트(10)는 뒤쪽으로 배치되어 있는 것일 수로 점차 빠른 구동속도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이 이송장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 안내판(15)의 앞쪽 끝단부는 파이를 길이방향으로 유도할 수 있도록 곡판부(16)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이 이송장치.
