Abstract
본 발명은 구면 가공에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 공작물이 선반척에 고정되어 함께 회전운동 하는데 반하여 상기 공작물의 외주면을 가공하는 절삭공구는 공구대에 고정하므로 고속회전하는 공작물 가공시 절삭공구의 바이트가 쉽게 손상되거나 여러개의 홈바이트를 구비하여야 하는 등의 문제점이 있었는 바, 본 발명에서는 절삭공구를 고정하는 척과 상기 척을 회전구동하는 서보모터를 가지는 공구대 가공물을 고정하는 공작기기의 척 중심과 경사지게 설치하여 가공물이 회전함에 따라 절삭공구가 상기 가공물의 중심일측으로 경사지게 회전하면서 가공물의 외주면을 가공하도록 구성하므로서, 종래보다 구면가공이 용이하고 절삭공구가 쉽게 손상, 마모되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것임.The present invention relates to spherical machining, conventionally, while the workpiece is fixed to the lathe chuck and rotated together, the cutting tool for processing the outer peripheral surface of the workpiece is fixed to the tool post so that the bite of the cutting tool is easily processed when the workpiece is rotated at high speed In the present invention, the chuck center and the chuck center of the machine tool for fixing the work piece workpiece having the chuck for fixing the cutting tool and the servo motor for rotating the chuck are installed to be inclined.
