Abstract

최근들어 수험생의 두뇌활성화 및 알쯔하니머형(Alzheimer-type)노인성 치매의 예방 등 두뇌의 활성화에 대한 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 혈액중의 LDL-콜레스테롤과 중성지질(TG)의 함량을 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명 제품의 주원료로 사용되는 인삼과 도코사핵사엔산(DHA), 그리고 대두 레시틴은 두뇌의 주요구성 성분으로서, 그리고 여러 가지 두뇌를 활성화시키는 성분으로 알려져 있기 때문에 이들 성분의 두뇌 활성화를 위한 상승효과를 촉진하기 위하여 두뇌를 활성화할 수 잇는 두뇌활성제 연질캡슐(IQ-1000)의 제조하는 방법이다.
본 발명의 주원료는 인삼엑기스의 동결건조 정분을 참치에서 추출, 정제한 도코사핵사엔산(DHA)-함유 어유에 첨가, 혼합하고, 여기에 대두 레시틴을 첨가하였고, 여기에 부원료로서 천연 항산화제로서 토코페롤과 아스코르빈산, 그리고 식용유를 배합비율에 따라 혼합, 균질화시켜서 조제, 성형화한 두뇌의 활성제 및 노인성 치매의 개선제로서 두뇌활성제 연질캡슐 제조방법으로 기억력을 증진시키고 두뇌활동을 촉진시킬 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 주원료를 통상방법으로 추출, 정제된 도코사핵사엔사(DHA)-함유 어유에 인삼의 에탄올 추출 인삼엑기스를 동결, 건조한 정분과 대두에서 추출한 레시틴을 첨가, 혼합하고, 여기에 부원료로서 천연 항산화제로서 토코페롤과 아스코르빈산을 첨가하여 혼합, 군질화한 다음, 다시 유화 및 결합제로서 식용유의 일부왁스를 첨가하고 40℃이하의 저온에서 1차 유화, 균질화시킨 다음, 성형하고 제형화하는 공정을 거쳐 제조하여서 되는 두뇌활성제 연질캡슐 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인삼 엑기스 정분에 대한 도코사핵사엔산(DHA)-함유 어유의 혼합비가 0.3~24.0배임을 특징으로 하는 두뇌활성제 연질캡슐의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 도코사핵사엔산(DHA)-함유 어유 5~50중량부, 인삼엑기스 동결건조정 3~30중량부, 대두 레시틴 0.05~15중량부, 토코페롤 0.2~15중량부, 아스코르빈산 0.2~10중량부, 식용유 10~70중량부, 왁스 0.5~10.0중량부를 배합하여 제조된 두뇌활성제 연질캡슐 제조방법.
