Claims (6)
- 상판(21)은 평탄하고 하판(22)에는 보강리브가 형성된 성형 덱크판(2)으로 슬라브 거푸집(61)을 형성하고 그 밑면 강재받침대 적소마다 스트랜드 와이어(9)에 현가되는 리프트 블록(63)을 설치하여 건축설계 규격단위로 나눈 유니트로 하고, 이 슬라브 거푸집(61)을 강재 받침대(68)위에 탑재하며, 옹벽에 곧바로 이어지는 슬라브 거푸집(61)의 가장자리밑에는 철제 옹벽 거푸집(62)을 힌지방식으로 설치하고 이 옹벽 거푸집(62)의 이면하단부를 상기 받침대(68) 밑에 체인부럭으로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 무지보 역타설구축용 구축장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 옹벽 거푸집(62)의 하단은 잭(63)으로 떠받쳐주고 이 잭(63)의 상단에 옹벽의 하단면 양생용 형판(65)을 설치한 무지보 역타설구축용 구축장치.
- 토류벽용 엄지말뚝을 동일규격 I형강, H형강, 또는형강 2개를 길이방향으로 평행하게 맞붙여 내부구멍을 형성한 합성엄지말뚝으로 하여 수직갱에 건입하고, 이 합성엄지말뚝의 내부 구멍에는 콘크리트를 타설하여 갱의 선다지지력 증가시켜 지하옹벽용 철근을 능가하는 강성을 발휘하도록 시공하는 가설흙막이를 이용한 영구벽체용 (건축지하옹벽)구추방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 합성엄지말뚝의 구멍내에 2차 콘크리트타설 대신에 철봉을 넣고 옹벽국축작업이 종료된 후에 빼내서 빈공간으로 후속 콘크리트를 타설, 시공하는 가설흙막이시공방법을 활용한 영구벽체용 (건축지하옹벽)구축방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 합성엄지말뚝의 배면에 성형 덱크판을 토류판대용으로 시공하되 성형 덱크판의 하면 리브가 상기 합성엄지말뚝의 배면에 맞닿아 걸리게 하여 시공용접하는 가설흙막이를 이용한 영구벽체용 (건축지하옹벽)구축방법.
- 시공현장에 뚫는 수직갱에 동일규격의 I형강, H형강, 또는형강 2개를 길이방향으로 평행하게 맞붙여 내부 구멍을 형성한 합성엄지말뚝을 건입하고, 이 합성엄지말뚝의 배면에 성형 덱크판의 안쪽을 대고 용접하며, 상기 덱크판제 토류벽의 리브사이의 요철에 가로철근을 배근해 세로철근과 결속하여 철근 콘크리트시방에 적합한 시공과 성형 덱크판이 지하옹벽에 대하여 외부 거푸집의 역할을 하도록 함과 동시에 토류벽의 변형을 극소화하고 굴착단계별로 무지보 역타설 스라브 및 지하옹벽의 자중이 합성엄지말뚝에 재하되도록 시공하는 가설흙막이를 이용한 영구벽체용 (건축지하옹벽)구축방법.
