- 열연코일(100)이 권취되는 과정에서 발생하는 텔레스코프 부분(110)을 교정하는 방법에 있어서, 열연코일(100)이 감긴 방향으로 텔레스코프 부분(110)을 회전시키면서 압압하여 열연코일(100)의 일측면이 가지런하도록 정돈시킴을 특징으로 하는 열연코일의 텔레스코프 교정방법.
- 열연코일(100)이 권취되는 과정에서 발생하는 텔레스코프 부분(110)을 교정하는 장치에 있어서, 지지 프레임(12)에 장착되어 하부로 회전축(15a)을 위치시킨 구동모터(15); 상기 구동모터(15)의 회전축(15a)에 후단부가 연결되어 정, 역 회전 가능하고, 작동로드(20a)가 하부로 향하도록 위치되며, 유압구동장치에 의해서 상기 작동로드(20a)를 상, 하 승강시키는 유압실린더(20); 및, 상기 유압실린더(20)의 작동로드(20a)에 연결되고, 원형의 보강판(32)을 갖추며, 상기 보강판(32)으로부터 가이드 부재(36a)(36b)가 상부로 연장되어 상기 작동로드(20a)를 직선운동하는 안내하는 한편, 상기 보강판(32)의 하부면에는 텔레스코프 부분(110)에 접촉하는 누름판(34)을 갖춘 텔레스코프 압압부(30); 를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열연코일의 텔레스코프 교정장치.
