Abstract

본 발명은 비휘발성 메모리 소자에 관한 것으로, 특히 일반 룸라이터(ROM writer)를 이용하여 프로그램할 수 있는 MCU내의 비휘발성 메모리 소자의 프로그램 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 비휘발성 메모리 소자의 프로그램 방법은 프로그램 내용상의 최종 어드레스를 최초 어드레스로 지정하여 순차적으로 어드레스를 반전시켜 ROM 라이터 파일로 변환하고, ROM 라이터의 동작시 프로그램 모드인지를 판단하여 어드레스를 다시 반전시켜 EPROM에 프로그래밍 하는 것을 특징으로 이루어진다.

Claims (1)

  1. 프로그램 내용상의 최종 어드레스를 최초 어드레스로 지정하여 순차적으로 어드레스를 반전시켜 ROM 라이터 마일로 변환하고, ROM 라이터의 동작시 프로그램 모드인지를 판단하여 어드레스를 다시 반전시켜 EPROM에 프로그래밍 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비휘발성 메모리 소자의 프로그램 방법.
