Abstract

본 발명은 우리-세라믹 재품의 제조, 특히 자기 기억 저장 소자에 사용되는 견고한 정보 디스크용 기파의 제조에 관한것이다. 유리-세라믹 제품으 고결정성이고 상당히 미립자성이며 산화물을 기준으로하여 중량%로 표현하며 다음의 조성으로 필수적으로 이루어진 전구 유리 제품을 625-700℃의 온도에서 적어도 2시간동안 열처리함으로써 제조된다.
캐나사이트 결정은 필수적으로 단일 결정상으로 이루어지며, 이러한 결정의 크기는 평균 길이가 약 1㎛이고 폭이 약 0.㎛이하이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 기판이 산화물을기준으로 하여 중량%로 표현하여 다음의 조성성분으로 필수적으로 이루어진 고결정화, 상당한 미립자의 유리-세라믹으로 이루어져 있으며, 단단히 서로 연결되어 있고 날-모양이 캐나사이트 입자가 필수적으로 하나의 결정상을 이루며 그 결정으 크기가 평균1㎛ 미만의 길이와 0.5㎛ 미만의 폭을 갖는 디스크를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드와 접촉하는표면상에 자기 매체의 피복체가 형성된 견고한 기판
  2. 기판이 다음의 조성으로 필수적으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 자기 저장 디스크
  3. 디스크와 헤드 패드로 필수적으로 이루어진 자기기억 저장소자에 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 견고한 정보 디스크를 사용하는 방법
  4. 다음의 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 캐나사이트 결정이 필수적으로 유일한 결정상을 이루는 상당한 미립자인 유리-세라믹 제품을 제조하는 방법.
    (a) 산화물을 기준으로하여 중량%로 표현하여 필수적인 다음의 조성으로 이루어진 유리용 배치를 용융하는 단계;
    b) 상기 용융물을 냉각시키는 동시에 이로부터 바람직한 형상의 유리 바다를 성형시키는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 유리 바다를 약 625-700℃에서 그으 결정화를 일으키기에 충분한 시간도안 처리하여 결정이 고결정성이며 단단하게 서로 연결되고 평균 길이가 1㎛이하이고 폭이 0.5㎛이하인 날-모양의 결정으로 이루어진 미세구조를 형성시키는 단계
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시간은 약 2-12시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유리는 다음의 조성으로 필수적을 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
