Abstract

본 발명은 운전자가 방향 전환시 방향 지시등을 점등시켜 자동차의 전환의사를 후방 차량에게 표시하고자 할 경우 핸들을 돌려주기만 하면 핸들의 회전 정도를 감지하여 자동적으로 방향 지시등을 점등시킬 수 있게 한 자동차의 방향 지시등 자동 제어 장치에 관한 것으로 자동차 핸들의 회전을 검출하기 위한 이동 검출 수단과, 상기 이동 검출 수단의 출력측에 접속되어 끼어들기가 아닌 일반도로 회전을 검출하는 이동 검출 제어 수단과, 상기 이동 검출 제어 수단의 출력 신호를 일정레벨로 증폭시키는 신호 증폭 수단과, 상기 신호 증폭 수단의 출력을 연산하여 우측 방향 지시등을 점등시킬 것인가 또는 좌측 방향 지시등을 점등시킬 것인가를 결정하는 연산 수단과 상기 연산 수단의 출력에 따라 좌측 또는 우측에서 점등되는 점등 제어 수단과, 상기 점등 제어 수단에 접속되어 핸들의 이동방향 및 각도를 표시하여 주는 각도 표시 수단을 포함하여 이루어진다.

Claims (10)

  1. 자동차 핸들의 회전을 검출하기 위한 이동 검출 수단(10)과, 상기 이동검출 수단의 출력측에 접속되어 끼어들기가 아닌 일반도로 회전을 검출하는 이동검출 제어 수단(20)과, 상기 이동 검출 제어 수단의 출력 신호를 일정레벨로 증폭시키는 신호 증폭 수단(30)과, 상기 신호 증폭 수단의 출력을 연산하여 우측 방향 지시등을 점등시킬 것인가 좌측 방향 지시등을 점등시킬 것인가를 연산하는 연산 수단(40)과, 상기 연산 수단의 출력에 따라 방향 지시등을 깜빡이게 제어하는 방향 지시등 제어 수단(50)과, 상기 방향 지시등 제어 수단에 접속되어 핸들의 이동 방향 및 각도를 표시하는 각도 표시 수단(60)을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 방향 지시등 자동 제어 및 이동 정도 표시 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동 검출 수단(10)이 핸들의 축 내부에 설치되는 회전식 가변저항인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 방향 지시등 자동 제어 및 이동 정도 표시 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동 검출 제어 수단(20)이 비반전단자가 상기 가변 저항의 출력측에 접속되어 상기 가변 저항의 저항값을 버퍼링시키는 OP 앰프(IC1) (IC2)와, 상기 OP 앰프(IC2)의 출력단에 접속되어 OP 앰프(IC2)의 출력전압을 충전시키는 콘덴서(C1)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 방향 지시등 자동 제어 및 이동 정도 표시 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호 증폭 수단(30)은 상기 이동 검출 제어수단의 출력 신호를 일정 레벌로 증폭시키는 트랜지스터(Q1) (Q2)와, 상기 트랜지스터(Q1) (Q2)의 에미터 전류를 분배하는 저항(R2~R5)과, 상기 저항(R2~R5)으르 통해 분배된 전류가 충전되는 콘덴서(C2) (C3)와, 상기 콘덴서(C2)에 접속되어 일정 전압 이상이 인가될때 턴 온되는 제너 다이오드(ZD1)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 방향 지시등 자동제어 및 이동 정도 표시 장치.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 콘덴서(C1) (C3)는 콘덴서(C2)보다 큰 용량값을 갖도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 방향 지시등 자동 제어 및 이동 정도 표시 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연산 수단(40)이 연산 증폭 OP 앰프(IC3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 방향 지시등 자동 제어 및 이동 정도 표시 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향 지시등 제어 수단(50)이 미세회전에 대한 방향지시등의 동작을 방지하기 위한 상기 제너 다이오드(ZD1)에 의한 오동작을 보상하는 제너 다이오드(ZD1)와, 상기 엠프(IC3)의 출력 전류의 흐름을 제어하는 저항(R6) (R7)과, 핸들의 좌우이동에 따라 깜빡이는 방향 지시등(RL1) (LL1)을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 방향 지시등 자동 제어 및 이동 정도 표시 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각도 표시 장치(60)이 다수의 엘이디로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 방향 지시등 자동 제어 및 이동 정도 표시 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각도 표시 장치(60)이 7세그멘트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 방향 지시등 자동 제어 및 이동 정도 표시 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향 지시등 제어 수단에 상기 방향 지시등(RL1) (LL1)에 각각 접속되어 방향 지시등(RL1) (LL1)이 점등될때 빛을 발하는 포토 다이오드(PD1) (PD2)와, 전원(Vcc)단에 콜렉터가 공접되어 상기 포토 다이오드(PD1) (PD2)의 빛을 수광하여 동작하는 포토 트랜지스터(PT1) (PT2)로 이루어지는 포토 커플러를 더 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 방향 지시등 자동 제어 및 이동 정도 표시 장치.
