Abstract
본 발명은 부가공정을 필요로 하지 않고 광 컨넥터의 축심상에 있어서의 원하는 접면각도를 용이하게 그리고 확실하게 얻을 수 있는 광 컨넥터의 경사면 연마방법을 제공한다.
선단에 면추부(24)가 형성된 페룰(22)를 광 컨넥터(20)의 단면에 접면각도 θ'를 경사하는 반경 R의 돔을 형성할 때 돔의 편심량을 S라 하면, Sinθ=Sinθ'+S /R를 만족하는 각도 θ경사시켜 광 컨넥터(20)의 선단을 연마한다.

Claims (2)
- 선단에 면취부가 형성된 원통형의 페룰과, 이 페룰의 중심에 지지된 광 파이버를 구비하여, 상기 페룰의 선단에 이 선단의 접촉면의 법선이 상기 광파이버의 축심에 대하여 소정각도 경사한 돔을 형성한 광 컨넥터에 있어서, 상기 접촉면의 법선이 상기 광 파이버의 축심에 대한 원하는 각도 θ'를 만들기 위해 상기 페룰의 선단이 상기 각도 θ'보다 큰 각도 θ로 경사시켜 구면 연마된 돔을 특징으로 하는 광 컨넥터.
- 선단에 면취부가 형성되고 그 중시에 지지된 광 파이버를 지지하는 원통형상의 페룰을 갖는 광 컨넥터의 단면을, 상기 페룰의 선단의 접촉면 법선이 사기 광 파이버의 축심에 대하여 각도 θ' 경사한 돔 형상으로 형성하는 연마방법에 있어서, 상기 각도 θ'보다 큰 각도 θ로 평면 연마가공한 후에 이 각도 θ로 구연연마 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 컨넥터의 단면 연마방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
