Abstract
본 발명은 차량의 클러치 마모경고 장치와 방법에 관한 것으로, 차량의 주행중에 rpm과 기어단수를 이용하여 기준속도를 계산하고 차량의 현재속도와 차이가 있으면 슬립률을 계산하여 기설정된 소정수치를 초과한 상태에서 브레이크와 주차브레이크의 접속감지신호가 입력되지 않으면 차량 내부의 계기판에 클러치 마모 경고 등을 점등함으로서, 클러치의 교환시기를 정확히 알려주므로 클러치 마모로 인한 예기치 않은 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있고 과도한 슬립으로 인한 플라이휘일의 편마모와 균열을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a clutch wear warning device and method of a vehicle, wherein the reference speed is calculated by using the rpm and the number of gears while the vehicle is running. When the connection detection signal between the brake and parking brake is not input in one state, the clutch wear warning lamp lights up on the instrument panel inside the vehicle to accurately inform the timing of clutch replacement, thus preventing unexpected accidents due to clutch wear. It is designed to prevent flaking and cracking of flywheel due to excessive slip.
