Abstract

수직축을 가진 실린더 지지체(6), 이 실린더 지지체(6)와 동축인 내측 메리야스 관통 튜브(15), 그리고 밑에서 회전 가능하게 결합된 천공튜브(18)가 회전 가능하게 결합된 고정된 지지판을 가지는 타입의 원형 직기내의 메리야스 흡입 튜브에의 전동을 위한 유닛(1)이 개시되어 있다. 이 유닛(1)에는 실린더 지지체(6)의 아래쪽에 천공 튜브(18)의 윗쪽에 단단하게 결합된 플랜지(22,23)가 있으며, 이 플랜지(22,23)는 환상으로 분산되어 천공튜브(18)의 회전 작동을 위하여 플랜지(22,23)들 사이의 자기 결합을 구성하는 복수의 영구자석의 각각을 지지한다. 높은 자기저항의 재료로 된 칼라(26)가 마주보는 자석(24,25)의 링들 사이에 형성된 공극 내에 배치되어 잇으며 메리야스 관통 튜브에 로터리 결합을 위한 장치(27-30) 및 상기 플랜지 또는 상기 고정된 지지판에 선택적으로 결합하여 메리야스 관통튜브(15)의 회전을 일으키거나 회전을 정지하기 위한 장치(31-42)를 가지고 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 수직축을 가진 실린더 지지체, 상기 실린더 지지체와 동축인 내측 메리야스 관통 튜브, 그리고 밑에 있는 천공 튜브가 회전 가느ㅊ하게 결합된 타입의, 메리야스 제조용 원형 직기 내의 메리야스 흡입 튜브에의 전동용 유닛에 있어서, 상기 메리야스 관통 튜브에는 상기 회전 가능한 요소 또는 상기 지지판에 선택적으로 결합하기 위한 수단이 마련되어 있고, 상기 수단은 상기 메리야스 관통 튜브의 회전을 일으키거나 또는 회전을 정지시키기 위하여 채용된 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 플랜지는 상기 실린더 지지체의 아래족에 상기 천공 튜브의 윗쪽에 단단하게 결합되어 있으며 환상으로 분산되어 상기 천공튜브 회전 작동을 위하여 플랜지들 사이의 자기 결합을 구성하는 복수의 영구 자석을 각각 지지하고, 높은 자기저항의 재료로 된 칼라가 마주보는 자석의 링들 사이에 형성된 공극 내에 배치되어 있으며 상기 메리야스 관통 튜브에 로터리 결합을 위한 수단 및 상기 플랜지 또는 상기 고정된 지지판에 선택적으로 결합하여 상기 메리야스 관통 튜브의 회전을 일으키거나 회너ㅈ을 정지하기 위한 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛.
  3. 제2항에 잇어서, 중앙 슬리브가 상기 칼라에 단단하게 결합되고 상기 메리야스 관통 튜브 상에 장착되어 있고, 상기 슬리브 및 상기 튜브는, 상기 칼라의 상기 메리야스 관통 튜브에 대한 길이 방향의 미끄럼 운동을 허용하도록 채용된 로터리 결합탭의 삽입을 위한, 각각 서로 마주보는 길이방향 슬로트를 가니는 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 칼라의 주위에는 디스크 및 보족 디스크가 마련되어 있고 이들 사이에는 복수의 압축 스프링이 끼워져 있으며, 상기 스프링들은 상기 디스크를 밀어서 상기 플랜지들에대하여 마찰 결합을 생성하여 상기 메리야스 관통 튜브에 움직임을 전달하도록 채용되어 이쏘, 상기 고정된 지지판 상에 두 개의 조오가 상기 칼라의 디스크 및 보족 디스크를 죄어서 상기 메리야스 관통 튜브를 정지시키도록 채용된 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛.
  5. 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 칼라, 상기 실린더 지지체에 단단하게 결합된 상기 플랜지, 그리고 상기 고정 지지판은, 상기 칼라를 상기 플랜지 또는 상기 지지판에 기계적으로 결합하여 상기 메리야스 관통 튜브의 회전을 일으키거나 회전을 정지시키기 위한 혹의 탄성적 삽입을 위하여 환상으로 분산된, 시트들을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 유닛.
