Abstract

온스크린 표시용인 RGB 신호에 대하여 자동휘도 제한 전압에 따른 콘트라스트 제어를 행하는지의 여부를 소정의 조건에서 선택한다.
온오프 제어신호(f1)는 화면 전체에 차지하는 온스크린 표시의 비율이 소정량 이상의 모드인 경우에 로레벨이 되고 소정량보다 적은 모드인 경우에 하이레벨이 된다. 스위치(19)는 온오프제어신호(f1)가 로레벨인 경우에 온되고 ACL제어회로(16)에서의 콘트라스트 제어전압(Vb1)을 콘트라스트 제어회로914)에 유도하고 온오프제어신호(f1)가 하이레벨인경우에 오프되고(콘트라스트)제어회로(14)에 콘트라스트 제어전압(Vb1)이 가해지지 않도록 한다. 이것에 의하여 온스크린 표시용의 RGB신호에 대하여 자동휘도 제한전압에 따른 콘트라스트 제어를 행하는지 여부를 소정의 조건에서 선택할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 텔레비전 신호를 수신처리하고 콘트라스트가 제어된 제1RGB 신호를생성하는 제1신호처리 수단과 온 스크린 표시용인 제2RGB 신호를 입력하여 콘트라스트를 제어 가능케한 제2신호 처리 수단과 상기 제1 및 제2신호처리 수단으로부터의 제1RGB 신호 및 제2RGB 신호를 각각 입력하고 그들 신호를 전환 선택하여 출력하는 스위치 수단과 상기 스위치수단으로부터의 선택 출력이 공급되고 이 선택출력에 의한 영상을 표시하는 컬러 수상관과 상기 수상관에 표시되는 영상의 레벨에 따라 변환하는 ABL 전압을 발생하고 이 전압을 상기 제1 및 제2RGB 신호의 콘트라스트 제어를 위하여 상기 제1 및 제2신호처리 수단에 공급하는 수단과 상기 제2RGB 신호에 대한 콘트라스트 제어의 실행 및 금지를 결정하는 수단으로서 상기 컬러수상관에 표시되는 영상내에서 상기 제2의 RGB 신호에 의한 영상의 비율이 소정치를 초과했을 경우에는 콘트라스트 제어를 실행하고 소정치 이하일때는 콘트라스트 제어를 금지하는 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비전 수상기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 제어 수단은 상기 스위치 수단에 의한 전환 선택 상태가 1수직 주사기간의 전역에 걸쳐서 제2RGB 신호를 선택한 것을 판정하는 판정수단을 포함하며 이 판정수단에 의한 판정 결과에 응답하여 상기 제2의 RGB 신호의 콘트라스 제어를 실행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비전 수상기.
