Description

진공청소기의 방향전환 브러쉬장치

본 고안은 진공청소기의 브러쉬 장치에 관한 것으로 특히 사용중 브러쉬의 방향전환이 용이하도록 한 진공청소기의 방향전환 브러쉬장치에관한 것이다.
통상의 청소기 몸체와 브러쉬 장치가 직접 연결되도록 구성된 진공청소기의 경우 청소기 본체의 중량이 브러쉬에 얹히기 때문에 이동이 용이하도록 여러개의 바퀴를 구비한다.
그런데 종래의 경우 첨부도면 제3도와 같이 앞바퀴(101)와 뒷바퀴(가 단일 방향으로 고정 설치되어 있으므로 청소 작업시 전 · 후방향의 똑바로 이동은 용이하지만 회전이 용이하지 못하였다.
즉 무거운 청소기 본체가 실린 상태에서 청소기의 흡입력에 의한 바닥면에 밀착하려는 성질과 앞바퀴와 뒷바퀴의 방향이 평행하게 고정설치 되므로서 방향전환이 매우 힘이든다.
이와같이 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 안출된 본 고안에서는 브러쉬에 설치된 바퀴의 방향이 자유롭게 회전될수 있도록 하여 방향전환이 용이하도록 한 진공청소기의 방향전환 브러쉬장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안에서는 브러쉬 후측의 바퀴를 별도의 바퀴지지축에 고정시키고 상기 바퀴지지축을 중심으로 360° 방향으로 회전이 가능하도록 설치하므로서 방향전환이 용이하게 이루어 질수 있도록 함을 특징으로 한다.
이하 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명한다.
청소기의 본체(20)가 브러쉬(10)와 직접 연결되고 작업대 손잡이(30)에 의해 이동 작업이 용이하게 구성된 것으로서 브러쉬(10)의 하단면에 약간 돌출되도록 설치된 앞바퀴(11)와 후측에 별도의 바퀴지지축(13)과 상기 바퀴지지축(13)에 방향전환 회전이 용이하도록 바퀴(12)가 설치된다.
상기 바퀴지지축(13)은 축받침대가 브러쉬(10)의 저면에 돌설된 보스(15)에 스크류(16)를 사용하여 고정시킨다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 및 효과를 살펴본다.
작업대손잡이(30)를 잡고 청소작업시 브러쉬(10)를 이동시켜가며 작업을 하며 방향전환시에는 작업대손잡이(30)를 임의 방향으로 밀면 브러쉬(10)하단의 뒷바퀴(12)의 방향이 바뀌게 되어 용이하게 회전된다.
즉 바퀴지지축(13)을 중심으로 뒷바퀴(12)의 방향이 회전하여 방향전환이 용이하므로 무거운 본체(12)의 무게가 실려있어도 원활하게 방향전환이 이루어 진다.
또한 상기 바퀴지지축(13)은 브러쉬(10)바닥면에 형성된 보스(15)에 의해 분리 결합이 용이하므로 사출물 제작이 용이하며 파손시 교환수리가 용이하다.
이상 살펴본 바와같이 본 고안은 청소작업시 청소기의 방향전환이 매우 용이하므로 작업의 편리성을 얻을 수 있는 것으로서 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 청소기의 본체(20)가 브러쉬(10)와 직접 연결되고 작업대 손잡이(30)에 의해 이동작업이 용이하게 구성된 통상의 진공청소기에 있어서, 브러쉬(10)의 하부면 후측에 별도 설치된 바퀴지지축(13)과 상기 바퀴지지축(13)에는 자유로이 방향전환이 될 수 있도록 회전가능한 바퀴(12)가 고정 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 방향전환 브러쉬장치.
