Abstract

본 발명은 촉매로서의 활성탄의 존재하에서 아세틸 클로라이드 또는 아세트알데히드, 또는 이의 염소화 유도체와 염소와의 반응에 의해 트리클로아세틸 클로라이드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 활성탄을 촉매로서 사용함을 포함하여, 염소화될 수 있는 아세틸 클로라이드 또는 아세트알데히드와 염소와의 촉매 반응에 의해 트리클로로아세틸 클로라이드를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 클로로아세틸 클로라이드가 출발물질로서 사용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 디클로로아세틸 클로라이드가 출발물질로서 사용되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 클로로아세트알데히드가 출발물질로서 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 디클로로아세트알데히드가 출발물질로서 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 트리클로로아세트알데히드가 출발물질로서 사용되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 100 내지 250℃에서 기체상으로 연속적으로 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 출발물질에 대한 염소의 물 비가, 출발 물질 중의 각각의 수소원자에 대해 염소 분자가 1 내지 4개 존재하도록 선택되는 방법.
