Abstract

주위의 조도변화와 자동차의 주행상태에 따라 자동차의 등화장치가 자동으로 점/소등될 수 있도록 하여 운전자의 편의를 도모할 수 있도록 하고 사용자의 선택동작에 의해 자동 또는 수동으로 자동차 등화장치가 작동될 수 있도록 하여 개인적인 사정에 의한 등화장치의 동작 타이밍을 임의로 조절할 수 있도록 하는 자동차 등화장치의 자동제어장치를 제공하기 위하여, 자동차 시동키의 접속상태에 따라 동작상태가 가변되어, 자동차의 상태가 주행의사가 있을 경우에만 작동하는 시동키 감지 스위치(S1)와; 주위의 조도변화에 따라 자동으로 자동차의 등화부(70)의 점/소등동작이 이루어지거나, 수동으로 자동차의 등화부(70)의 동작을 제어할 수 있도록 하는 제어 스위치 박스(1)와; 주위의 조도변화에 따라 출력신호가 가변되는 조도 감지부(20)와; 상기 조도 감지수단(20)에서 출력되는 출력전압이 설정 전압이상일 경우에 미등(71)을 점등시키기 위한 구동신호를 출력하는 미등 구동신호 출력부(40)와; 미등(71)이 작동되고 있는 상태에서 조도 감지수단(20)에서 출력되는 출력전압이 설정 전압 이상일 경우에 전조등(72)을 점등시키기 위한 구동신호를 출력하는 전조등 구동신호 출력부(50)와; 상기 제어 스위치 박스(1)의 접속상태가 "AUTO"상태일 경우에 미등 구동신호 출력부(40)의 출력신호에 따라 제1스위칭 소자(RY71)가 작동하여 미등(71)을 점등시키고, 전조등 구동신호 출력부(50)의 출력신호에 따라 제2스위칭 소자가 작동하여 미등(71)과 전조등(72)을 점등시키는 등화장치 구동부(60)로 이루어져 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 자동차 시동키의 접속상태에 따라 동작상태가 가변되어, 자동차의 상태가 주행의사가 있을 경우에만 작동하는 시동키 감지 스위치(S1)와; 주위의 조도변화에 따라 자동으로 자동차의 등화부(70)의 점/소등동작이 이루어지거나, 수동으로 자동차의 등화부(70)의 동작을 제어할 수 있도록 하는 제어 스위치 박스(1)와; 주위의 조도변화에 따라 출력신호가 가변되는 조도 감지부(20)와; 상기 조도 감지수단(20)과 연결되어, 조도 감지수단(20)에서 출력되는 출력전압이 설정 전압이상일 경우에 등화부(70)의 미등(71)을 점등시키기 위한 구동신호를 출력하는 미등 구동신호 출력부(40)와; 상기 조도 감지수단(20)과 연결되어, 등화부(70)의 미등(71)이 작동되고 있는 상태에서 조도 감지수단(20)에서 출력되는 출력전압이 설정 전압 이상일 경우에 등화부(70)의 전조등(72)을 점등시키기 위한 구동신호를 출력하는 전조등 구동신호 출력부(50)와; 상기 미등 구동신호 출력부(40)와 전조등 구동신호 출력부(50)에 연결되어, 상기 제어 스위치 박스(1)의 접속상태가 "AUTO"상태일 경우에 미동 구동신호 출력부(40)의 출력신호에 따라 제1스위칭 소자(RY61)가 작동하여 등화부(70)의 미등(71)을 점등시키고, 전조등 구동신호 출력부(50)의 출력신호에 따라 제2스위칭 소자(RY62)가 작동하여 등화부(70)의 미등(71)과 전조등(72)을 점등시키는 등화장치 구동부(60)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 등화장치의 자동 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조도 감지부(20)는 주위의 조도변화에 따라 내부 저항값이 가변되어 해당하는 전압을 출력하는 조도 감지센서(21)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 등화장치의 자동 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미등 구동신호 출력부(40)는, 상기 조도 감지부(20)의 출력전압과 저항(R41,R45,R46)에 의해 설정된 전압이 입력단자로 인가되어, 조도 감지부(20)의 조도 감지센서(21)의 내부 저항값이 제1설정값(P1)만큼 감소될 경우 출력상태가 가변되는 연산 증폭기(Q41)와; 상기 연산 증폭기(Q41)의 출력신호에 따라 동작상태가 가변되는 트랜지스터(T41)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 등화장치의 자동 제어장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전조등 구동신호 출력부(50)는, 상기 조도 감지부(0)의 출력전압과 저항(R51,R52,R54)에 의해 설정된 전압이 입력단자로 인가되어, 조도감지부(20)의 조도 감지센서(21)의 내부 저항값이 제2설정값(P2)만큼 감소될 경우 출력상태가 가변되는 연산 증폭기(Q51)와; 상기 연산증폭기(Q51)의 출력상태가 가변될때, 저항(R55)을 통해 인가되는 전압에 의해 동작상태가 가변되어 상기 연산 증폭기(Q51)의 일측 입력단자의 전압을 강하시켜 연산 증폭기(Q51)의 출력전압을 안정화시키는 트랜지스터(T51)와; 상기 연산 증폭기(Q51)의 출력신호에 따라 동작상태가 가변되는 트랜지스터(T51)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 등화장치의 자동 제어장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 등화장치 구동부(60)는, 상기 미등 구동신호 출력부(40)의 출력신호에 따라 동작 상태가 가변되는 트랜지스터(T61)와; 상기 전조등 구동신호 출력부(50)의 출력신호에 따라 동작상태가 가변되는 트랜지스터(T62)와; 상기 트랜지스터(T61)의 동작상태나 제어 스위치 박스(1)의 접속상태에 따라 동작상태가 가변되어 등화부(70)의 미등(1)을 점등시키는 제1스위칭소자(RY61)와; 상기 트랜지스터(T62)의 동작상태나 제어 스위치 박스(1)의 접속상태에 따라 동작상태가 가변되어 등화부(70)의 전조등(72)을 점등시키는 제2스위칭 소자(RY62)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 등화장치의 자동 제어장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 등화부(70)의 점등동작에 필요한 전압이 일정하게 공급될 수 있도록 하는 정전압부(10)를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 등화장치의 자동 제어장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 등화부(70)의 동작상태가 정상상태인지를 사용자 임의로 체크할 수 있도록 하기 위한 체크 스위치(S31)를 더 포함하여 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 등화장치의 자동 제어장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 주변의 조도상태가 설정조건을 만족할 경우 점등상태로 있는 등화장치를 강제 소등시키기 위한 동작상태 판단부(30)를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 등화장치의 자동 제어장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 동작상태 판단부(30)는 상기 조도 감지부(20)의 출력전압과 저항(R33,R34,R36)에 의해 설정된 전압이 입력단자로 인가되어 조도 감지부(20)의 조도 감지센서(21)의 내부 저항값이 설정값 이하로 감소되면 출력상태가 가변되는 연산증폭기(Q31)와; 상기 연산 증폭기(Q31)의 출력상태가 가변될때, 저항(R37)을 통해 인가되는 전압에 의해 동작상태가 가변되어 연산 증폭기(Q31)의 일측 입력단을 전압 강하시켜 연산 증폭기(Q31)의 출력전압을 안정화시키는 트랜지스터(T32)와; 상기 연산 증폭기(Q31)의 출력신호에 따라 동작상태가 가변되는 트랜지스터(T33)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 등화장치의 자동 제어장치.
