Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 도어 개폐장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 도어를 차체에 대하여 여닫이식으로만 개폐하도록 되어 주차공간이 좁은 경우에 탑승자가 상하차하는데 어려움이 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은 주차공간이 좁은 경우에는 차량 도어를 개폐할 수 있도록 여닫이식 및 회전식으로 개폐가능한 도어 개폐장치를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에 도어 개폐장치는 차체의 필라(4)에 회전 및 수평이동 가능하게 장착되고 외측 선단에 도어 지지부재(8)와 힌지 결합된 지지축(5)과, 지지축(5)을 차량 외부쪽으로 밀치는 힘을 작용시키는 스프링(11), 상기 지지축(5)에 제공된 ㅏㄴ상부재(10)를 해제가능하게 파지하는 레버(13) 및 지지축(5)의 내측 선단에 결합되어 지지축(5)의 회전각도를 제한하는 가스 스프링(7)을 포함한다.

제5도는 본 발명의 특징에 따라 차량 도어를 여닫이 또는 회전 개폐가능하도록 된 도어 지지축의 구조를 보여주는 부분적인 평면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 차량용 도어의 개폐장치에 있어서, 차체의 필라(4)에 회전 및 수평이동가능하게 관통하여 장착되고 판상부재(10)가 제공되어 있으며 외측단부에서 도어 지지부재(8)와 힌지 결합된 지지축(5), 상기 지지축(5)의 판상부재(10)와 필라(4)의 내측벽 사이에서 지지축(5)을 차량 외측으로 밀치도록 작용하는 스프링(11), 상기 스프링(11)이 압축된 상태로 되게 지지축(5)의 판상부재(10)를 해제가능하게 파지하는 레버(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 도어 개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지축(5)의 회전을 한정시키도록 지지축(5)의 내측단부에서 피스톤 로드(6)의 자유단과 결합되고 도어(1)에 고착된 가스 스프링(7)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 도어 개폐장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 레버(6)는 그 선단이 지지축(5)의 판상부재(10)를 파지하도록된 가위형상의 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는차량용 도어 개폐장치.
