Abstract

본 발명은 고속 고선명 인쇄가 가능한 옵셋 인쇄기에 관한 것이다.
종래의 옵셋 인쇄기에 있어서, 가장 큰 문제점은 다색 인쇄를 하는 과정에서 정밀한 위치 조정과 고도한 작업자의 인쇄감각과 숙련을 요구하는 것이었으며, 이에 따라 선명한 인쇄물과 고속으로 다량의 인쇄물을 얻는 것이 불가능하였다.
본 발명은 종래의 옵셋 인쇄기에서 급지 스윙 크립퍼 유니트와, 연결 실린더와, 배지 스윙 크립퍼 유니트의 기능을 가지는 것으로 체인에 인장 스프링과 캠 작동 기구에 의하여 작동되는 다수의 체인 크립퍼(14)가 등간격으로 설치되어 급지부의 콘베이어 벨트(6)로부터 인쇄용지를 전달 받아 인쇄부로 급지하고, 인쇄된 인쇄용지를 배출하는 인쇄용지 이송기구(5)를 형성하면서, 상기 인쇄용지 이송기구(5)에 의하여 급지부에서 공급되는 인쇄용지의 표면에 부착되어 있는 불순물을 제거하기 위한 전공 흡입 기구(6)와 ; 인쇄부로 공급되는 인쇄용지의 변형을 감소시키기 위하여 접촉압력 조절수단을 가지고 제1인쇄부 직전에 놓여지는 한쌍의 예비 가열 가압 실린더(21)(22)와 ; 하나의 색상 인쇄가 완료된 다음 건조되지 않은 잉크에 의하여 이후에 인쇄되는 잉크가 혼합되어 변색되는 것을 방지하기 위한 잉크 건조 기구(8)와 ; 이동하는 인쇄용지가 인장력에 의하여 변형되는 것을 최소화시키기 위하여 플레이트 로울러(24)와 블랑켓 로울러(15), 블랑켓 로울러(15)와 임프레이션 로울러(16a), 한쌍의 예비 가열 가압 실린더(21)(22) 사이의 접촉 면압을 조정하는 기구(9)와 ; 조정된 접촉 면압을 측정하여 표시하는 디스플레이 수단을 구비하여 고속 고선명의 인쇄물을 얻을 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 공지의 인장 스프링과 캠 작동 기구에 의하여 작동되는 다수의 체인 크립퍼(14)가 체인(12)(12a)에 등간격으로 설치되어 급지 테이블(3)의 콘베이어 벨트(10)로부터 인쇄용지를 전달받아 인쇄부(4)로 급지하고, 인쇄된 인쇄용지를 배지 테이블(17)로 배출하는 인쇄용지 이송기구(5)와 ; 상기 인쇄용지 이송기구(5)에 의하여 급지 테이블(3)에서 공급되는 인쇄용지의 표면에 부착되어 있는 불순물을 제거하기 위한 진공 흡입 기구(6)와 ; 인쇄부(4)로 공급되는 인쇄용지의 변형을 감소시키기 위하여 제1인쇄부 직전에 놓여지는 한쌍의 예비 가열 가압 실린더(21)(22)와 ; 하나의 색상 인쇄가 완료된 다음 건조되지 않은 잉크에 의하여 이후에 인쇄되는 잉크가 혼합되어 변색되는 것을 방지하기 위한 잉크 건조 기구(8)와 ; 이동하는 인쇄용지가 인장력에 의하여 변형되는 것을 최소화시키기 위하여 플레이트 로울러(24)와 블랑켓 로울러(15)(16), 블랑켓 로울러(16)와 임플레이션 로울러(16a), 한쌍의 예비 가열 가압 로울러(21)(22) 사이의 접촉 면압을 조정하는 기구(9)와 ; 조정된 접촉 면압을 측정하여 표시하는 디스플레이 수단을 수비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 고선명 인쇄가 가능한 옵셋 인쇄기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로울러의 접촉 면압을 조정하는 기구(9)는 하우징(90)에 플레이트 로울러(24), 블랑켓 로울러(15), 예비 가열 가압 로울러(21)의 로울러 축이 삽입되는 장공(95)(96)(97)(98)을 형성하고, 상기 로울러 축(91)(92)(93)(94)을 각각 관통하는 보울트(99)(100)(101)(102)가 회전가능하게 고정하여 보울트(99)(100)(101)(102)가 회전될 때 장공(95)(96)(97)(98)에서 로울러 축이 이동하여 접촉 면압을 조정하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 고선명 인쇄가 가능한 옵셋 인쇄기.
