Abstract

여과기 하우싱에 들어 있는 여과요소를 가진 여과기를 제안한다.
여과요소(11)는 지그재그형 주름진 여과지나 또는 섬유질로 되어 있고 주로 판형 구조로 되어 있다.
여과기 하우싱(10)내에서 여과요소(11)의 기밀을 유지하기 위하여 최소한 두개의 측면들(13,14)에 마름씰(23)형의 씰에레멘트가 갖추어져 있다.

제5도는 결합형 여과기 옵션이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 지그재그형의 주름진 여과지 또는-섬유로 구성되고 주로 판형으로 구성된 여과기 하우싱에 들어 있는 여과 요소를 가진 여과기에 있어서, 여과기 하우싱(10)내에서 여과요소의 기밀을 유지하기 위하여서는 최소한 양측면에 마름씰(23)형의 씰요소가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 여과기 하우싱에는 최소한 한개의 지주(21)가 있어 지그재그형 여과요소(11)의 파형에 물려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 지주(21)가 한개의 래비린즈 패킹을 형성해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  4. 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 여과요소(11)의 측면(13,14)들에는 하나의 씰밴드(15,16)가 있어서 씰밴드(15,16)는 여과요소(11)보다 약간 높으며 높이차이가 마름씰(23)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  5. 지그재그형의 주름진 여과지나 또는-섬유질로 되고 주로 판형으로 된 여과기 하우싱내에 들어 있는 여과요소를 가진 여과기에 있어서, 최소한 여과요소(11)의 두 측면들(13,14)은 하나의 씰밴드(15,16)를 가지며 이 씰밴드(15,16)는 여과기 하우싱(10)에 있는 씰과 결부되어 기밀효과를 증대시켜주는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  6. 전항들 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 여과요소(11)와 결부되어 있는 활성탄 여과기(24)는 하나의 매트형으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 여과 매트가 마름실(29)에 의해서 둘러 쌓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 활성탄 매트(24)는 여과기 하우싱(10)보다 약간 크며 여과기 하우싱에 삽입시 압착이 됨으로서 기밀 효과가 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
