Abstract
디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치는 고 효율 코딩에 의해 발생된 두종류의 동일한 비디오 프로그램의 신호, 즉 비교적 고-비트 레이트 신호 및 비교적 저-비트 레이트 신호를 테이프상의 대략 동일한 위치에 기록한다. 저-비트 레이트 신호가 정상 재생 및 서치 재생을 위해 사용되거나 서치 재생에만 사용될시에, 서치 재생 데이타량은 조절되어, 편집 작업을 위한 단위로서 다수의 프레임상의 데이타가 정수배의 트랙상으로 기록될 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 통상 재생(normal playback)을 위한 비교적 고-비트 레이트 데이타와 특수 재생을 위한 비교적 저-비트 데이타 모두를 기록 및 재생하기 위한 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치에 있어서, 특수 재생 데이타로서 기록될 데이타량을 적절히 조절함으로써 통상 재생 데이타를 기록하기 위한 기록 영역을 용이하게 가변할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 고 효율 코딩(high efficiency coding)에 의해 대역 압축된 화상을 기록 및 재생하기 위한 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치에 있어서, 프레임내 정보(intraframe information)와 프레임간 정보(interframe information) 모두를 갖는 디지탈 신호가 화상을 기록 및 재생하도록 처리될때, 비교적 고-비트 레이트 및 비교적 저-비트 레이트 신호 모두가 대략 동일한 위치에 동시에 기록되며, 비교적 저-비트 레이트 신호의 전부 또는 일부가 비디오 장치의 필수적 기능인 특수 재생을 실행하는데 사용되어, 그로 인해 특수 재생을 위한 데이타량이 적절히 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 특수 재생을 위한 데이타량을 적절히 변화시키기 위한 수단은 소정수의 프레임을 단위로 한 화상 데이타를 임의의 정수개의 트랙상에 기록하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 고 효율 코딩에 의해 대역 압축된 화상을 기록 및 재생하기 위한 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치에 있어서, 프레임내 정보와 프레임간 정보 모두를 가진 디지탈 신호가 화상을 기록 및 재생하도록 처리될때, 비교적 고-비트 레이트 및 비교적 저-비트 레이트 신호 모두가 대략 동일한 위치에 동시에 기록되며, 비교적 저-비트 레이트 신호의 전부 또는 일부가 특수 재생을 실행하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 대역 압축은 MPSG 방식을 기초로 실행되며, 적어도 1개의 GOP로 구성되는 하나의 시퀀스(sequence)를 단위로 한 화상 데이타를 고정수의 트랙상에 기록시키는 반면 특수 재생을 위한 데이타량은 적절히 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 데이타가 이미 기록되어 있는 VCR 테이프상에, 여러 비디오 프로그램의 데이타가 삽입 및 대체에 의해 기록될 때, 새로 삽입된 비디오 프로그램에 대한 데이타량이 데이타의 평균량으로 부터 변하는 경우, 특수 재생을 위한 데이타량은 새로 삽입된 비디오 프로그램에 대한 데이타가 특정 영역에서만이 테이프 상에 기록되게 하고 그로부터 재생되게 하도록 적절히 조절될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치에 있어서, 입력 신호를 수신하고, 데이타를 VCR 내로 기록하기 위해 상기 입력 신호를 동기 블럭 등에 할당하며, 입력 신호내에 포함된 패킷 헤더와 같은 주요 정보를 보호하기 위하여, 그들의 주요 정보를 포함하는 동기 블럭 전체 또는 패킷 헤더와 같은 주요 부분만을 미리 확고한 영역에 예비 데이타용으로 기록하고, 주요 데이타가 소정의 에러를 나타내고 그 에러가 정정될 수 없을때, 에러성 데이타를 가진 전체 동기 블럭을 예비 데이타로서 기록된 대응 동기 블럭으로 대체하거나 에러성 데이타 자체를 대응 주요부와 대체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 예비 기록 영역내에 중복되어 기록된 패킷 헤더는 고속 동작 모드에서 서치(search)될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 프레임내 정보와 프레임간 정보 모두를 가진 디지탈 신호가 화상을 기록 및 재생하도록 처리될 때, 비교적 고-비트 레이트 및 비교적 저-비트 레이트 신호 모두가 대략 동일한 위치에서 동시에 기록되며, 비교적 저-비트 레이트 신호의 전부 또는 일부가 특수 재생을 하는데 사용되어, 동기 블럭의 예비 데이타 및 주요 부분 또는 주요 부분만을 포함하는 데이타를 기록하기 위한 기록 영역이 특수 재생을 위한 데이타량을 적절히 변화시킴으로서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치.
- 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치에 있어서, 동시 기록 헤드 및 상기 헤드로 기록할시에 동시에 재생되는 패킷 헤더에 대한 코드 에러를 검출하기 위한 검출 회로를 구비하며, 상기 검출 회로가 패킷 회로내의 코드 에러를 검출할때, 기록 신호내에 패킷 헤더를 포함하는 데이타 부분이 기록 신호내에 삽입되어 데이타가 정확히 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 기록 및 재생 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
