Abstract

플러그 커낵터 하우징에서 외부 하우징(1) 및 내부 하우징(2)의 마주놓인 2개의 측벽 사이에는 레버(15)를 통해 맞물리는 래크(21) 및 톱니바퀴 세그먼트 (18)를 갖춘 로킹 메카니즘이 제공된다.
부정획한 삽입을 피하기 위해, 한편으로는 래크(21)를 지지하는 하우징벽에 그리고 다른 한편으로는 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)에 상보 가이드부재(24,27;25,26)가 제공되며, 상기 가이드부재는 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)의 예정된 각 위치에서만 삽입방향으로 서로 끼워지고 톱니바퀴 세그먼트의 예정된 삽입깊이 후에야 톱니바퀴 세그먼트가 래크(21)에 맞물려서 회전된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 대략 평행하게 마주놓인 측벽(3,4,5,6;10,12,13)으로 상자형태로 서로 삽입될 수 있는 외부 하우징(1) 및 내부 하우징(2)을 포함하며, 외부 하우징(1)의 내벽(3,4)과 내부 하우징(2)의 마주놓인 외벽(10,11)사이의 적어도 한 측면에서 로킹 메카니즘이 한 벽(3,4)에는 삽입방향으로 뻗은 래크(21)의 형태로 그리고 다른 벽(10,11)에는 상기 래크에 맞물리는, 레버(15)에 견고히 연결되는 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)의 형태로 제공되고, 상기 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)는 삽입방향에 대해 수직인 샤프트 스터브(17)를 중심으로 회전 가능하게 벽(10,11)에 지지되도록 구성된, 플러그 커넥터 하우징에 있어서, 한편으로는 래크(21)를 지지하는 하우징벽 (10,11)이 삽입개구(8)의 가장자리영역에 그리고 다른 한편으로는 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)가 상보 가이드부재(24,27;25,26)를 가지며, 상기 가이드부재는 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)의 미리 주어진 각 위치에서만 삽입방향으로 서로 끼워지고, 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)의 예정된 삽입깊이 후에야 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)가 래크(21)에 맞물려서 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 커넥터 하우징.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 하나의 하우징벽(3)이 래크(21)를 연장해서 재한 스트립 (24)을 형성하고, 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)가 레버(15) 및 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)의 개방위치에서 제한 스트립(14)과 동일한 평면에 놓이는 방사 방향으로 함몰된, 톱니없는 외주부분(27)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 커넥터 하우징.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)가 축방향으로 두꺼워지는 종방향 리브(25)를 가지며, 상기 존방향 리브(25)는 레버(15)의 개방위치에서 삽입방향으로 뻗고 래크(21)를 지지하는 벽에 있는 대응하는 홈(26)과 동일한 평면에 놓이며, 상기 홈(26)은 예정된 삽입깊이 후에 확대됨으로써, 리브(25) 및 톱니바퀴 세그먼트(18)의 회전이 가능해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 커넥터 하우징.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각 하나의 로킹메카니즘이 2개의 서로 마주놓인 하우징 측벽(3,4;10,11)에 각각 하나의 레버(15)를 갖추고 있고, 두개의 레버(15)가 스트랩(16)을 통해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 커넥터 하우징.
