Abstract

목적 : 전동케이스(21) 및 브래키트(22)의 하단부로 이전공정에서 이랑 성형된 인접 이랑 A의 얕은 파종홈 C를 손괴함을 방지한다.
구성 : 기계틀(1)의 좌우에 전동케이스(21)와 브래키트(22)를 서로 대면시켜 배설한다. 전동케이스(21)의 축받이체(23)와 브래키트(22)의 축받이체(23)와의 사이에 다수의 대경 배수홈 성형체(27) 및 이와 같은 각 배수홈 성형체(27) 사이에 배설한 다수의 소경 파종홈 성형체(28)를 가지는 회전축(26)을 회전이 자유롭게 축걸침한다. 좌우 양단부에 위치하는 배수홈 성형체(27)의 수용 오목부(34)를 형성한다. 좌우의 배수홈 성형체(27)의 수용 오목부(34)에 좌우의 축받이체(23)의 내단부를 수용한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 기어박스(4)를 가지는 기계틀(1)과, 이 기계틀(1)에 회전이 자유롭게 설치되고, 상기 기어박스(4)로부터의 출력에 의하여 회전 구동되는 로터리 경운체(14)와, 상기 기계틀(1)로부터 서로 마주 보고 후방을 향하여 돌출되고, 각각의 후단부에 축받이체를 가지는 좌우의 전동케이스(21) 및 브래키트(22)와, 상기 로터리 경운체(14)의 후방에 위치하여 상기 전동케이스(21)의 축받이체와 브래키트(22)의 축받이체와의 사이에 회전이 자유롭게 설치되어 상기 기억박스(4)로부터의 출력에 의하여 회전구동되는 이랑 성형체(25)를 구비하고, 상기 이랑 성형체(25)는 상기 좌우의 축받이체로 회전이 자유롭게 축걸침된 회전축(26)을 가지며, 이 회전축(26)에는 축방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고, 다수의 큰 직경의 배수홈 성형체(27)를 일체로 고정부착시킴과 동시에, 이러한 각 배수홈 성형체(27) 사이에 위치하여 상기 회전축(26)에는 다수의 작은 직경의 파종홈 성형체(28)를 고정부착시키고, 상기 좌우 양단부에 위치하는 배수홈 성형체(27)의 외측부에는 상기 좌우의 축받이체를 수용하는 수용 오목부(34)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이랑 성형장치.
