Abstract

Máquina para lavar y escurrir sin cubeta, en particular a gran velocidad de escurrido para usos industriales , que se caracteriza esencialmente por el hecho de que comprende, por una parte, mantenido giratoriamente en el interior de un bastidor, un recinto constituido por un tambor cilíndrico, cuya superficie exterior, limitada axialmente por dos protuberancias radiales, constituye una vía de rodadura de revolución, y en el interior del cual está dispuesta, coaxialmente, una cámara de lavado y de escurrido de acceso frontal obturable de forma autónoma y estanca; y, por otra parte, constituyendo los únicos medios de accionamiento y/o de mantenimiento del recinto en el bastidor: al menos tres árboles, distribuídos angularmente alrededor del recinto en más de 180º y provistos de rodillos giratorios con revestimiento flexible aplicados radialmente en fricción sobre esta vía de rodadura y uno de los cuales, al menos, es motor; así como, aplicados axialmente en fricción contra cada uno de dichosresaltes o expansiones radiales, varios rodillos giratorios no-motores con revestimiento flexible soportados por ejes radiales y destinados a mantener axialmente el recinto dentro del bastidor.
