Claims (3)
- 몸통(1) 내부에 스크류(2)를 설치하고 그 출측에 압출다이(3)를 설치하여 곡물반죽을 압출함에 있어서, 압출다이(3)의 압출구(4)를 광폭부(41)와 세폭부(42)로 형성시키므로서 광폭부(41)에서는 반죽이 두껍고 빨리 압출되고 세폭부(42)에서는 반죽이 얇고 늦게 압출되게 함을 특징으로 하는 수제비의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출다이(3)에 형성된 압출구(4)가 다수이고, 다수의 압출구(4)는 광폭부(41)와 세폭부(42)의 위치를 서로 달리하여 각각의 형상을 다양하게 하므로서 각개의 압출구(4)를 통하여 압출되는 곡물반죽의 형상이 서로 다르게 함을 특징으로 하는 수제비의 제조방법.
- 몸통(1) 내부에 스크류(2)를 설치하고 그 출측에 압추다이(3)를 설치하여서 된 것에 있어서, 압출다이(3)에 형성시킨 기다란 압출구94)가 광폭부(41)와 세폭부(42)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수제비 제조장치.
