Claims (10)
- -알루미나의 전구체(precursor)를 이용하여-알루미나의 소결체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 보헤마이트를 열처리하여 얻어진 θ-알루미나를 소량의-알루미나 분말이 분산된 증류수에 섞은 후 밀링하여 점도가 높은 슬립(slip)으로 만든 다음, 여기에 Al졸을 첨가한 후 얻어지는 묽은 슬립을 다시 밀링하던지, 방치하던지, 이 묽은 슬립에 보헤마이트를 첨가하던지 하여 점도가 높은 슬립을 얻고, 이를 건조 및 하소한 후 소결함을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소결체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, θ-알루미나는 보헤마이트를 850∼1000℃에서 1∼3시간 동안 열처리하여 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소결체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증류수에 분산되는 θ-알루미나의 고체성분이 30∼60wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소결체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,-알루미나의 첨가량은 1∼10wt%이고 입자의 크기는 d50 0.40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소결체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나 졸의 첨가량은 0.1∼5wt%의 알루미나에 해당하는 졸의 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소결체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점도가 높은 슬립은 얇게 펼쳐진 상태 또는 가는 직경으로 압출(extrusion)된 상태로 하여 건소시킴을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소결체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소결 공정에서 MgO나 물초(liquid paraffin)을 소결체로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소결체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보헤마이트의 첨가량은 θ-알루미나 양의 40% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소결체 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,-알루미나의 첨가량은 1∼10wt%이고, 입자의 크기는 d50<0.4㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소결체 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, Al졸의 첨가량은 0.1∼5wt%의 알루미나에 해당하는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 소결체 제조방법.
