Abstract
본 발명은 수용성 크롬(Ⅲ)염을 수산화마그네슘 또는 산화마그네슘과 물의 존재하에 반응시키고 반응 혼합물을 페이스트로 전환시키며, 이 페이스트를 건조하고, 이를 불화수소로 처리함으로써 수득되는 촉매 상에서, 트리클로로아세틸 클로라이드를 무수 불화수소와 가스상중에서 반응시킴으로써 트리플루오로아세틸 플루오라이드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)
1몰의 수용성 크롬(Ⅲ)염을 1.5몰 이상의 수산화마그네슘 또는 산화마그네슘과 물의 존재하에 반응시켜 수산화크롬(Ⅲ)을 침전시키고, 반응 혼합물을 수산화크롬 및 마그네슘 염을 함유하는 페이스트로 전환시킨 후, 이러한 페이스트를 건조시키고, 이를 20 내지 500℃의 온도에서 불화수소로 처리함으로써 수득될 수 있는 크롬-및 마그네슘-함유 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 가스상에서 트리클로로아세틸 클로라이드를 무수 불화수소와 반응시킴으로써 트리플루오로아세틸 프루오라이드를 제조하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 트리플루오로아세틸 클로라이드와 불화수소의 반응을 200 내지 400℃의 온도범위에서 수행하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 트리플루오로아세틸 클로라이드와 불화수소의 반응을 250 내지 370℃의 온도범위에서 수행하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트리플루오로아세틸 클로라이드와 불화수소의 반응을 트리클로로아세틸 클로라이드 1몰당 HF 4 내지 15몰의 몰비로 수행하는 방법.
