Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 조향컬럼의 충격흡수장치에 관한 것으로 특히 측면에 내측으로 돌부(6)가 형성되고 한쪽끝에 굴곡지지단(7)이 형성된 스키드 가이드(5)를 내. 외부 자켓트(1)(2)를 지지할 수 있게 설치하여 조향컬럼의 압축시 내. 외부 자켓트(1)(2) 사이에서 굽힘좌굴이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있게 함으로서 굽힘 조절에 의해 충격흡수효과가 저하되지 않도록 하는 동시에 오버랩된 길이(ℓ)의 길고 짧은 것과는 관계없이 양호한 충격흡수효과를 갖는 볼슬리브식 충격흡수방식의 조향컬럼을 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 일부분이 오버랩된 내. 외부 자켓트(1)(2) 사이에 다수의 볼(4)을 갖는 볼슬리브(3)를 압입설치한 볼슬리브식 조향컬럼에 있어서, 측면에 내측으로 돌부(6)가 돌설되고 한쪽 끝에는 굴곡지지단(7)이 형성된 스키드 가이드(5)를 내. 외부 자켓트(1)(2) 사이에 설치하여 돌부(6)와 굴곡지지단(7)이 내. 외부 자켓트(1)(2)를 잡아 주게 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 조향컬럼의 충격흡수장치.
