Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 도어에 설치되는 도어 임펙트빔에 관한 것으로, 더 상세히는 중공의 원형봉으로된 도어임펙트빔에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 원형봉 내경에 보강부를 형성한 것으로, 강성을 증대시킬 수 있어 측면충돌에 대한 승객의 안전성을 높이며, 가벼운 재료로 제작할 수 있으므로 경량화 시킬 수 있는 효과도 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 중공의 원형봉(10)과, 상기 원형봉(10)의 내경에 보강부(20)를 형성하되, 상기 원형봉(10)은 강재이며, 상기 보강부(10)는 발포수지재(21)로 충진시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 도어 임팩트 빔.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원형봉(10)은 합성수지재로 형성하고, 상기 보강부(20)는 강재로 되며 양단에 나사산이 형성된 상기 원형봉(10)의 길이보다 길고 직경은 작은 심봉(22)과, 상기 심봉(22)의 외경에 끼워지며 상기 원형봉(10)의 내경에 끼워지는 합성수지재로 형성된 수개의 지지편(23)을 구비하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 도어 임펙트빔.
