식기세척기의 자동회전 버블분사장치
제1도는 식기세척기의 세척조 및 그 하부에 설치되어 있는 버블(bubble) 발생장치를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
제2도는 본 고안의 자동회전 버블분사장치의 절단면을 나타낸 단면도이다

고안의 분야
본 고안은 식기세척기 버블분사장치에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 특히 버블출구로부터 분사되는 힘을 이용하는 분사장치로서 자동으로 회전할 수 있도록 하는 구조를 갖는 버블분사장치에 관한 것이다.
고안의 배경
식기세척기의 세척조에서 식기를 세척할때 버블(bubble)을 세척조 내부에서 발생시켜줌으로써 세척효과를 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 또한 버블을 발생시켜 공급시키는 장치도 어느 하나의 고정된 위치에서 버블을 공급한다면 그만큼 좋은 세척효과를 기대할 수 없다.
따라서 본 고안자는 세척조 내부에서의 버블의 출구를 버블의 분사되는 힘을 이용하여 자동으로 회전할 수 있는 버블분사장치를 고안하기에 이른 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 식기세척기에 있어서, 버블을 발생시키기 위한 버블발생기(10) ; 상기 버블발생기(10)에 부착되어 세척조(1)내부로 설치된 고정부재(5) : 상기 고겅부재(5)와 회전할 수 있도록 결합되고 버블출구(2)가 90°의 각도를 이루는 회전부재(4) ; 및 상기 회전부재(4)에 부착된 회전력 발생부재(3) ; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동회전 버블분사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전력 발생부재(3)가 버블출구(2)로부터 분사되는 버블에 출동될 수 있도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동회전 버블분사장치.
