Abstract

광디스크장치에 있어서 본 발명에 따른 횡단트랙 계수회로에서는 빠르게 회전하고 있는 광디스크의 고속액세스를 위해 미러신호대신 RF신호를 사용하여 RF신호를 추정함으로서 횡단트랙의 수를 정확하게 카운트하여 빠른 시간내에 원하는 트랙위치를 정확하게 찾을 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

제1도는 광디스크장치에 있어서 종래의 횡단트랙 계수회로의 구성블럭도이다.
제2도는 광디스크장치에 있어서 본 발명에 의한 횡단트랙 계수회로의 구성블럭도이다.
제3도는 제2도에 도시된 본 발명에 의한 횡단트랙 계수회로의 일실시예에 따른 회로도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 광디스크재생장치에 있어서, 디스크상의 트랙을 횡단하면서 움직이는 픽업에 의해 읽혀진 신호를 입력하여 RF신호를 출력하는 RF증폭기; 상기 RF증폭기의 출력을 입력으로하여 다음단을 구동시키기 위해 소정의 크기로 증폭하여 출력하는 증폭기; 상기 증폭기의 출력을 입력으로 하여 소정의 기준신호를 생성하고, 상기 증폭기의 출력신호와 상기 기준신호의 크기를 비교하여 비교결과에 해당하는 디지탈 신호를 출력하는 비교기; 상기 비교기의 출력을 입력으로 하여 상기 비교기의 출력에 따라 펄스폭이 일정한 구형파신호를 출력하는 구형파발생기; 및 상기 구형파발생기의 출력에 따라 상기 픽업이 횡단한 트랙의 수를 카운트하는 트랙카운터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡단트랙 계수회로.
