본 고안은 자동차에 설치되는 비상신호 현출장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차의 뒷편 중앙에 설치된 보조 브레이크등을 이용하여 자동차의 위급상황을 현출함으로써 자동차 강도 및 자동차 도난 범죄를 방지하도록 한 장치에 관한 것이다.
근래 자동차의 보급이 급증함에 따라 자동차 강도 및 자동차 도난사고가 점증하고, 또한 이 도난된 차량에 의해 2차 범죄를 유발하여 사회적으로 많은 문제점을 야기시키고 있다.
이러한 차량의 강도범죄를 막기 위하여 종래 여러가지 장치가 안출되었는데 그 중에 대표적인 것이 실용신안공고 제91-6918호에 게재된 것으로, 차체 지붕에 비상램프를 별도로 설치하고, 운전석의 임의의 위치에 설치된 비상신호등 점멸스위치를 조작함으로써, 비상신호를 현출할 수 있도록 된 것이 있는바, 이는 자가용차량에 적용되는 데는 미관상 좋지 않을 뿐만 아니라 현행 자동차 관련법상으로도 임의로 차량외부에 장치를 설치하는것이 금지되어 있어 실시 가능성이 희박하고, 또한 현출된 신호 불빛을 제3자가 즉시 비상신호로 인식하기도 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
한편, 자동차의 도난방지기에 관해서도 사이렌 경보, 시동차단장치등 다양한 장치가 현재 사용되고 있으나, 범죄수법의 지능화에 따라 이러한 장치들이 점차 무력하게 되고, 이러한 장치들은 점차 그 기능이 복잠해짐에 따라 사용자의 오조작등에 따른 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있었다.
이에본 고안은 상기한 바의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서 자동차의 위급상황 및 도난 상황을 다수의 LED로 구성된 보조 브레이크등을 통해 식인성(識認性)이 높은 문자로 표시하여 현출하는 장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 바의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 비상신호 현출장치는, 필요한 상태를 감지하는 스위치로 구성된 감지부와, 상기 감지부의 선택상태에 따른 신호를 인터롭트신호로 인식하여 제어신호를 발생하는 중앙처리장치와, 상기 제어신호에 따라 복수의 신호를 출력하는 멀티플렉서 및 상기 출력신호에 의해 선택적으로 구동되는 다수의 LED로 이루어진 보조브레이크등을 포함하여 구성되어 있다.
이하 본 고안은 첨부된 예시도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
본 고안은 운전석의 임의의 위치에 설치된 비상스위치(SW1)와 차량에 기설치된 키세트(key set)(SW2)의 시동접점부(C)에 직렬로 연결되어 도어잠금장치에 설치된 도난스위치(SW3) 및 브레이크페달에 설치된 브레이크스위치(SW4)로 구성된 감지부(1)와; 상기 감지부(1)의 감지상태에 따라 소정의 신호를 출력하는 중앙처리장치(2)와; 상기 중앙처리장치(2)로부터 출력되는 제어신호에 따라 복수의 신호를 선택적으로 출력하게 되는 멀티플렉서(3) 및; 상기 멀티플렉서(4)로부터 출력되는 신호에 의해 브레이크신호, 비상신호, 도난신호중 어느 하나의 현시상태를 선택적으로 표시할 수 있게 다수의 LED로 구성된 보조브레이크등(4)으로 구성된다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도에서, 중앙처리장치(2)는 내장된 ROM에 입력된 소정의 프로그램에 의해 제어되며, 전체 회로의 동작은 차량의 시동과 함께 동작하게 된다.
이때 브레이크 작동되는 경우 감지부(1)의 브레이크스위치(SW4)가 닫히면서 중앙처리장치(2)에 인터럽트신호(INT2)를 입력하게 되고, 중앙처리장치(2)는 이 인터럽트신호(INT2)에 해당하는 출력신호를 멀티플렉서(3)로 출력하며, 상기의 출력신호에 의해 멀티플렉서(3)는 보조브레이크등(4)을 이루고 있는 LFD를 모두 점등하게 하여 통상의 보조 브레이크등(4)으로 작용하게 된다.
차량운전자가 위급상황에 직면했을 때는 즉, 강도로 부터 위협을 받는 경우에는 운전자만이 알고 있는 곳에 설치된 비상스위치(SW1)를 작동시킴으로써 중앙처리장치(2)에 인터럽트신호(INT0)를 입력하게 되고, 중앙처리장치(2)는 해당 출력신호를 멀티플렉서(3)로 출력함으로써, 상기 해당되는 소정의 LED만이 작동하여 비상신호 즉, "강도", "SOS"등과 같은 문자표시를 보조브레이크등(4)을 통해 외부로 현출하게 됨으로써 주위의 도움을 받을 수 있게 된다.
다음은 도난신호에 관한 것으로, 운전자가 자동차의 시동을 끄고(a-d단자간 연결) 자동차를 떠날 때 자동차키고 도어를 잠그게 되면 도난스위치(SW3)는 단락상태가 있게 되고, 이 때 차량강도가 자동차키로 도어로크를 정상적으로 열지 않고 자량을 시동시키면 키세트(SW2)의 시동접점부(c)와 접지(d)가 단락되어 단락상태의 도난스위치(SW3)를 통해 LOW 신호가 중앙처리장치(2)의 인터럽트신호(INT 1)로 입력되게 된다. 이와 같은 신호가 입력되면 중앙처리장치(2)내에 있는 ROM의 프로그램에 의해 차량의 도난임이 판단되어지고 이에 따라 해당하는 제어신호를 출력하여 멀티플렉서(3)를 통해 소정의 LED만을 작동시킴으로써 "도난"등과 같은 문자표시를 보조브레이크등(4)에 연출하게되는 것이며 이 출력상태는 차량의 시동이 끝난 후 운전상태로 전환 (키세트(SW2)(d-b) 단자의 단락상태)되더라도 계속해서 유지되도록 하여 도난차량이 운행되고 있는 상황에서 타운전자에게 본 차량은 도난차량임을 알릴 수 있도록 한다.
이때 출력된 상기의 문자표시는 프로그램에 따라 점멸을 연속시키든가 일정한 문자를 순차적으로 표시하는등 다양하게 변경될 수도 있다.
차량의 시동후에는, 자동 또는 수동으로 도어가 잠겨 도난스위치(SW3)가 단락상태가 되더라도 키세트(SW2)의 점점상태가 운전접점부(a)로 접속되어 있으므로 중앙처리장치(2)에 도난신호가 입력되지 않고 징상적인 운행이 가능하다.
이렇게 작동하는 본 고안은 기존의 보조브레이크등을 이용하여 간편하게 설치할 수 있고, 그 위치도 자동차의 뒷편 중앙에 설치되어 있어 외부에서 쉽게 식별될 수 있으며, 자동차의 미관상으로도 하등의 지장이 없을 뿐아니라, 현출되는 것이 누구나 알 수 있는 문자등이어서 외부에서 상황파악이 용이하고, 게다가 상기의 다양한 기능을 한 장치로 통합함으로써 조작이 간편하고 설치시 비용이 저렴한 이점이 있다.
이상과 같이 본 고안에 의한 장치를 모든 차량에 설치할 경우 차량 도범자의 도범심리를 크게 위축시킬 뿐만 아니라 요즘 사회적, 치안상으로도 크게 문제되고 있는 탈취, 도난 차량에 의한 제2차범행을 원천적으로 봉쇄시킬 수 있는 장치라고 할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. (정정) 자동차의 브레이크페달을 밟으면 브레이크스위치(SW4)가 단락되어 LED들로 구성된 보조브레이크등(4)이 점등되도록 하는 보조브레이크등 점등장치에 있어서,
    운전석의 임의의 위치에 설치된 비상스위치(SW1)와, 자동차 시동을 위해 키(key)가 삽입되는 키세트(SW2)와, 상기 키세트(SW2)의 시동접점부(c)에 직렬로 연결된 도난스위치(SW3)로 구성된 감지부(1);
    상기 감지부(1)의 상태를 감지하여 그에 따른 소정의 제어신호를 출력하는 중앙처리장치(2); 그리고
    상기 중앙처리장치(2)에서 출력된 제어신호에 따라 소정의 복수신호를 선택적으로 상기 보조브레이크등(4)으로 출력하여 상기 보조브레이크등(4)에 브레이크신호, 비상신호, 또는 도난신호중 어느, 한 신호에 해당하는 소정의 문자를 출력케 하는 멀티플렉서(3);
    를 포함하여 구성된 비상신호 현출 장치.
