Abstract

본 발명은 냉각장치의 종단부(終端部)에 크러셔를 설치한 2층 냉각장치에 관한 것으로서, 크러셔의 앞에 경사지게 평탄한 배플면을 배설함으로써, 그 위에 잔류재료영역이 형성되어 상부층과 하부층의 재료를 분리하기 위한 분리수단이 형성된다. 이와같은 냉각장치는 분리수단의 영역에서 메인테넌스성 및 내구성이 우수한 특징이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 냉각장치의 시단부(始端部)에서 냉각시킬 상부층(11)의 고온 재료가 먼저 냉각된 하부층(10)의재료의 위에 공급되고, 냉각장치의 종단부(終端部)에서 2개의 응(10,11)은 분리수단에 의하여 서로 분리되고, 상기 하부층(10)의 재료는 최종재료로서 배출되고, 상기 상부층(11)의 재료는 먼저 크러셔(16)를 통과하고, 다음에 이송수단에 의하여 재순환재료로서 냉각장치의 시단부에 귀환되어 하부층으로서 다시 공급되는 2층 냉각장치에 있어서, 가이드면(슈트17)은 크러셔(16)의 앞에 배설되고, 이 가이드면은 경사지게 평탄하므로, 그 위에 잔류 재료영역(18)이 형성되어 상부층과 하부층(10,11)의 재료를 분리하기 위한 분리수단을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 냉각장치.
