본 고안은 1회용 착용물품에 관한 것이며, 더욱 상세하게는 개방형의 기저귀. 팬츠 또는 브리프형의 기저귀(누설방지용 포함). 이른바 트레이닝 팬츠 등의 1회용 착용물품에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 이 종류의 착용물품 예를 들어 팬츠 또는 브리프형의 물품. 특히 트레이닝 팬츠로서 다리 둘레 및허리 둘레에 탄성부재를 부착하여. 투수성 톱 및 백 시트 사이에 흡수성 코어를 개재시킨 것이 알러져 있다.

또, 톱 및 백 시트로서는 통기구멍을 갖는 것이 바람직하므로, 이것들에는 부직포를 사용하고 있다. 이때문에 이들 사이에 흡수성 코어를 개재시켜 놓았지만, 코어에 흡수된 배설액이 샌다. 트레이넝 팬츠일 경우에는 그 사용 목적에서 배설액이 다소 누설되더라도 지장이 없다고 할 수 있어서 그 누설 방지에 대해서는 의도적으로 방치되어 왔다. 그러나 그 누설을 완전히 방지하지 않아도 된다고 하더라도, 착용자의 배설과 동시에 다량의 배설액이 새는 것은 바람직하지 못하다. 여기서 과제로 되는 것은 1회용 착용물품이라는 점에서 톱 및 백 시트로서 종래와 같이 통기성이 양호한 부직포를 사용하는 것이 바람직하지만, 동시에 배설액이 새는 것을 극히 적게 하는 것을 생각하면 최소한 백 시트로서는 부직포롤 사용하는 것은 바람직스럼지 못하다고 하는 이율배반의 관계를 여하히 해결하느냐 하는 문제이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 고안 물품은 톱 및 백 시트로서 신축성 부직포를 사용하고 신축성 배리어 시트로서 플라스틱 필름을 사용하며, 이 배리어 시트를 상기 톰 및 백 시트 사이에 개재시키는 동시에 그 시트의 최소한 한쪽에 간헐적으로 접합한다.
상기 배리어 시트를 상기 톱 및 백 시트 사이의 대략 전역에 개재시킬 경우에는 전후 구역에 있어서의 이 배리어 시트의 양측부에 통기 구멍군을 설치하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 구성을 갖는 본 고안 물품에 있어서는 착용자의 움직임에 따라 톱 및 백 시트와 배리어 시트가 전체로서 일체적으로 신축한다. 동시에 이 배리어 시트는 체액의 물품의 외면으로의 누설에 대해 장벽으로 된다.
전후 구역에 있어서의 배리어 시트의 양측부에 통기 구멍군을 설치해 놓은 것에 있어서는 이 배리어 시트를 톱 및 백 시트 사이의 대략 전역에 개재시켜 놓았더라도, 이 통기 구멍군에서 통기가 이루어진다. 또 상기 배리어 시트를 상기 톱 및 백 시트사이에 이들 폭보다도 좁고 상기 코어보다는 폭넓게 개재시켜 놓았을 경우에는 이배리어 시트가 위치하고 있지 않는 상기 톱 및 백 시트의 양측부에 있어서 통기가 이루어진다.
상기 톱 및 백 시트 사이에 코어를 개재시켜 놓았을 경우에는 이 톱 시트를 투과한 체액이 흡수된다.도면을 참조하여 본 고안 착용물품의 실시예를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제 1 도에 나타낸 바와 같이 착용물품(1)은 다리 둘레(2)와, 허리 둘레(3)를 가지며, 각각에 탄성부재(4),(5)를 부착해 놓았다.
제 2 도에 나타낸 바와 같이 물품(1)은 부직포로 만든 신축성. 투수성 롬 시트(6)와, 이것과 같은 부직포로 만든 신축성, 투수성 백 시트(7)와, 매트 또는 시트형상의 흡수성 코어(8)와, 상기 다리 및 허리 탄성부재(4),(5)와, 플라스틱 필름으로 만든 신축성 배리어 시트(9)로 구성되어 있다. 톱 및 백 시트(6),(7)와 배리어 시트(9)의 전후 구역(10).(11) 사이에 위치하는 밑아래 구역(12)의 양측 가장자리에는 상기 다리 둘레용의 잘라낸 가장자리(13),(14),(15)를 형성해 놓았다. 백 시트(7)의 전역에는 배리어 시트(9)를 핫벨트형 접착제 또는 융착으로 접합하는 동시에 배리어 시트(9)의 상면에는 코어(8)를 핫벨트형 접착제 또는 융착으로 간헐적으로 접합해 놓았다. 코어(8)와 배리어 시트(9)와의 및 톱 시트(6)와 배리어 시트(9)와의 접합은 다수의 도트형상 접합수단(16)으로 이루어져 있으며, 이것은 적당한 길이의 다수의 단속선이라도 좋다.
제 4 도에 나타낸 바와 같이 백 시트(7)와 배리어 시트(9)와의 접합도 다수의 도트 형상 접합수단(17)으로 이루어져 있고(제 6 도 참조), 이것도 적당한 길이의 다수의 단속선이라도 좋다.
코어(8)와 배리어 시트(9)를 접합하지 않고, 톱 시트(6)와 코어(8)를 백 시트(7)와 배리어 시트(9)를 각기 간헐적으로 접합해 놓은 것이 가장 바람직하다. 그렇게 하면 톱 시트(6), 백 시트(7) 및 배리어 시트(9)의 신축성을 가장 잘 이용할 수 있는 동시에 코어(8)에서 그 면역상의 톱 시트(6)의 부분이 떠오르는 것에 의한 체액 흡수 저해를 없앨 수 있기 때문이다.
전후 구역(10),(11)에 있어서의 배리어 시트(9)의 양측부에는 미세한 통기 구멍군(18)을 설치해 놓았다.(제 3 도참조) 물론 이 통기 구멍(18)은 톱 시트(6) 및 백 시트(7)까지도 관통하고 있어도 된다.
톱 시트(6) 및 배리어 시트(9)의 잘라낸 가장자리(13),(15)와 전후 구역(10),(11)의 끝부분(19)에는 다리 및 허리 탄성부재(4),(5)를 배치해 놓았다. 다리 탄성부재(4)는 제1부재 (4A)와 제2부재(4B)로 구성되어있다. 제1및 제2부재는 그들 양단 근방부를 교차시키고 이 교차부에서 바깥 끝부분으로 뻗는 부분(4Al).(4Bl)을 톱 시트(6) 및 또는 배리어 시트(9)의 내면에 잘라낸 가장자리(13),(15)에 따라서 핫벨트형 접착제로 접착하는 동시에 중앙 부분(4A2)(4B2), 을 어느 부재에도 접착시키지 않고 이 코어의 중앙구역 하면에 위치시켜 놓았다. 단, 중앙부분(4A2),(4B2)도 어느하나의 부재에 접착시켜도 된다. 허리 탄성부재(5)는 톱 시트 및 또는 배리어 시트(9)의 내면의 끝부분(19)에 따라서 핫벨트형 접착제로 접착해 놓았다.
톱 시트(6) 및 배리어 시트(9)의 바깥 가장자리는 필요에 따라 히트실 또는 핫벨트형 접착제로 접합해도 된다. 코어(8)의 상면도 필요에 따라 톱 시트(6)에 간혈적으로 접합해도 된다.
제 4 도에 쇄선으로 나타낸 바와 같이 탄성부재(4)는 백 시트(7)와 배리어 시트(9)와의 사이에 배치할 수도 있으며, 이 경우에는 이 탄성부재는 백 시트(7)에 접착하는 것이 바람직하다
제 5 도에 나타낸 바와 같이, 배리어 시트(9)는 제 3 도에 나타낸 그것에 있어서의 쇄선(20)보다도 외측 부분을 절제한 것에 해당하는 쪽으로 형성해 놓았다. 이런 경우에는 배리어 시트(9)가 위치하고 있지 않은 톱 및 백 시트의 양측부에서 통기가 이루어진다.
이렇게 구성한 적층체(21)는 그 중앙부에서 세로방향으로 둘로 접어서 그 양측 가장자리를 히트실 또는 장음파 융착수단(22)으로 사람의 손으로 비교적 용이하게 간단히 찢을 수 있도록 간헐적으로 접합하는 것으로제 1 도에 나타낸 물품(1)에 구성해 놓았다.
단 본 고안에 있어서는 히트실 수단 또는 장음파 융착 수단(22)을 실시함이 없이 공지의 개방형의 물품을 사용하여도 좋고, 이 경우에는 뒷 구역(11) (제 2 도 참조)의 양측부에 공지의 테이프 파스너 등의 체결수단을 설치한다. 또 물품에 따라서는 코어(8)를 배치하지 않는 일도 있다.
톱 및 백 시트(6),(7)는 세로, 가로로 신축성을 갖는 부직포를, 코어(8)는 후러프 펄프와 흡수성 폴리머 입자와 열융착성 섬유와의 혼합물의 가열 압축 성형체를 배리어 시트(9)는 가로, 세로로 신축성을 갖는 엘라스트머 필름을, 탄성부재(4),(5)는 하나이상의 실형상 또는 띠상의 고무 또는 플라스틱 필롬올 각기 사용할 수 있다.
또한 톱 및 백 시트(6),(7)의 재료인 상기 부직포로서는 기준량 24∼45/㎡이며, 섬도 0 5∼3d의 열권축(熱捲縮)섬유를 카딩(carding) 하여 웨브를 형성하고, 이것을 열처리하여 시크 형상 형태를 부여한 것이 바람직하다. 상기 열권축 섬유로서는 예를 들어 『짓소 가부시키가이샤』에서 입수되는 상품명 『EP 섬유』가 바람직하다.
본 고안에 의하면 신축성 부직포인 톱 및 백 시트 사이에 개재하는 배리어 시트로, 배설액이 새는 것을 방지할 수 있는 동시에 이 배리어 시트도 신축성을 가지고 톱 및 백 시트의 최소한 한쪽에 간헐적으로 접합되어 있고, 이들 시트와 함께 신축하므로 물품이 착용자의 신체에 적합하게 밀착한다.
상기 배리어 시트가 톱 및 백 시트 사이의 전역에 존재하고 있어도 전후 구역에 있어서의 이 배리어 시트의 양측부에 통기구멍군을 설치해 놓았으므로 물품 내부에 있어서의 무더움을 적게 할 수 있다.
흡수성 코어를 가질 경우에는 상기 적합 밀착 및 다리와 허리 탄성부재에 의한 시일효과와 상승 작용하여 배설액이 새는 것을 더욱 유효하게 방지할 수 있다.
상기 배리어 시트는 신장시에 부직포처럼 섬유가 서로 가로질러 연락하는 것이 느슨해지거나 섬유 접합이 풀리거나 해서 수축 응력이 급속히 저하되는 일이 적은 엘라스토머 필름으로 이루어지므로. 물품의 원단 전체에 소요의 수축 응력을 유지시키는데 매우 유효하다.

Claims (6)

  1. 신축성 및 투수성 톱 시트와, 신축성 및 투수성 백 시트와, 밑 아래 구역의 양측 및 전후 구역의 양단에 각기 배치한 다리 및 허리 탄성부재로 이루어진 1회용 착용물품에 있어서,
    상기 톱 및 백 시트 사이에 신축성 배리어 시트가 이 톱 및 백 시트의 최소한 한쪽에서 간헐적으로 접합되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 1회용 착용물품.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 배리어 시트를 상기 톱 및 백 시트 사이의 대략 전역에 개재시키고, 상기 전후 구역에 있어서의 이 배리어 시트의 양측에 통기 구멍군이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 1회용 차용물품.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 배리어 시트가 상기 톱 및 백 시트의 폭보다도 좁게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 1회용 착용물품.
  4. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 배리어 시트를 상기 백 시트의 내면에 접합하고, 이 배리어 시트 및 상기 톱 시트의 사이에 흡수성 코어를 개재시키는 동시에, 이 코어가 이 배리어 시트 및 톱 시트의 최소한 한쪽에서 간헐적으로 접합된 것올 특징으로 하는 1회용 착용물품.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 톱 및 백 시트가 부직포에서, 상기 배리어 시트가 엘라스토머 필름에서 각각 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 1회용 착용물품.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 코어가 후러프 펄프와 흡수성 폴리어 입자와, 열 융착성 섬유와의 혼합물의 압축 융착 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 1회용 착용물품.
